There was an extremely good diner beside my apartment during college, and it's one of the many things that I really miss. So, I got overexcited when I saw this Diner-look-alike burger place, which even has a jukebox.

Seriously, I don't know what I had in mind, but I somehow had reservations when I made my orders, so I just ordered a Grilled Chicken Burger. The cashier screamed out my order and the rest of the restaurant echoed back. For a moment, I thought I was in Starbucks. I don't recall seeing anything like this in any diner, but oh well....

Here came a nicely wrapped burger that's hardly the size of a regular American burger. Ok, really shouldn't be that picky. The chicken was warm and juicy, but then, it was like boiled rather than grilled, with hardly any taste at all. And the bun.... geez... this must have been the worst bun I'd ever had, since the time I felt like chewing on a piece of cardboard when I dropped by McDonald's Express in Downtown Toronto ages ago.

I quickly wrapped up my lunch and went across the street for McDonald's instead.

國慶假後, 怱怱忙忙攪了個早上, 下午還要趕往山頂見客, 就一個人踩落灣仔食晏. 話就話一個人, 但也不想同人逼, 午飯時間灣仔人來人往, 突然想起附近這間Burger還未試, 於是向前直往. 正午一点, 店內未見擠擁, 走到柜位先購票, 望着眼花撩亂的餐牌看了一會, 看來要揀套餐才化算!
Fatburger + 煙肉套餐 $65+$5 連大杯汽水及洋葱圈, 店員在我購票後, 即時讀出我叫的Burger名給其他店員, 而他們亦一起重讀一次, 很有團隊精神般, 我也曾見過只有日本料理才會這樣, 漢堡包店內都是第一次聽到! 大杯汽水已先給了我, 等包的時候我還顧四週, 店內全部以落地玻璃與店外隔着, 看見外面的行人怱忙趕着, 而自已卻安坐店內, 感覺幾嘆! 同時又見店內標明此店在羅省是頂尖的一家漢堡包店, 那倒要同心試試吧. 等了約十分鐘, Burger 終於由店員送到我面前. 洋葱圈每個圈都很大, 咬落口好脆, 唔錯, 我吃了一半先停. Burger 體積都不算小, 配菜也很新鮮. 牛肉肉質和味道都不錯, 覺得比起那些日式Burger好吃得多. 一口氣吃完burger, 再清埋d洋葱圈, 雖然已凍了些, 但外皮依然好脆, 真好食!
整體個套餐係唔錯嘅, 我覺得如Burger要二重奏會好d, 但價錢就會更貴, 如不計較金錢的話, 這裏的Burger 的確唔錯, 但是否羅省最好, 那倒又未必!

近幾年賣Burger的如雨後春筍，想試這間很久，今天終於有機會了
點了招牌 Fatburger + Cheese ($45)，即叫即做等了差不多十分鍾...
拿上手卻不是熱騰騰的，bun沒有烘過，patty沒有預期的juicy，
cheese亦是半溶而已
份量十足是無錯，但這不算是賣點吧？索價高昂，質素卻平平無奇，
甚至比其他連鎖漠堡店更不如，絕對一試無回頭
PS open kitchen 很大油煙，堂食要有心理準備會"一頭煙"

I went second time with a friend on Saturday afternoon and the shop was only half full. Tables were not clean on the empty spots. We have to seat by the window with high chairs and ask the staff come over and clean the table up for us.

I remembered when I first visit; my coke was totally FULL of ice. Therefore I have asked for LESS ice please this time. Guess what? They did put LESS ice but it was also LESS coke - the cup has 25% empty space and the staff did not even bother to fill it up and pass me the coke! I asked the staff of what happened to that quarter of empty space on my coke? They looking at me like a weirdo and I have to request them to filled it up. I think this is something very basic, I bet even chain fast food store provide better services then the people here.

Burger - Disappointment once again. Dry, no taste and it was like water boiled but not grill or pan-fried.

Fries – Last time was better and a bit oily this round. It taste not bad not because they make it right. Cause photo is still potato, it can’t go wrong with deep fried + bunch of Ketchup.

Guess there will no 3rd chance.

今晚要去伊館睇黃子華, 上到合和附近搵食. 見到此burger店咁少人, 就入去試試.

1) 套餐叫了炸雞三文治 (即是炸雞漢堡) + 粗薯條 + 忌廉汽水少冰 $55
2) 一客3隻的特式雞翼 (即是辣雞翼) $20

炸雞漢堡好熱, 雞肉算厚但味道一般, 麵包無味, 生菜少, 無醬汁. 麥樂雞仲好食過佢
汽水超淡, 但算大杯
辣雞翼是炸的, 再加上辣汁, 無雞味, 辣味ok唔算辣.

食過咁多間貴價burger (如MOS burger, freshness, triple o 等), d間都算最差 唔怪之得無人食.

I've only been to Fat Burger twice, both times in the Wanchai outlet and that would have been months ago, until I downloaded the photos from my phone. Haven't tried the Macau store despite having walked past it to compare.

Double Beef Burger -
The Beef patties are known to be USDA Choice beef meat, without ever been frozen but only chilled, so they're supposed to be relatively fresh and retainsthe original flavours (although one could also argue - Quick/Snap Frozen foods are better than Chilled but that's another long story...).

'USDA Choice' is the 2nd grading of beef available, which might actually put it on par with BLT's Angus Beef rating, since that isn't guaranteed Prime, but treat this as my pure imagination please...

The Double Burger was actually quite juicy on its arrival. It had some beef natural taste ,even more so than my BLT Steak believe it or not, but it also carried lots of unnecessary black peppery influence. My only problem with it is that for a high $60 odd bucks, this really wasn't a very attractively sized burger nor fillings - in its maximum 'girth' measurement, its about as wise as that of a palm or a McDonald's Double Cheese Burger. Yet, this doesn't come with any cheese... 'zilch', 'none' or 'zero' or 'naught' .... 'blank', '0', 'nil'. 'Nothing' and 'inexistent'. Hope you got the point by now. (The Maccas Double Cheese Burger meanwhile has 2 cheese slices, for a quarter of the price. So you can practically trade in for 8 pieces of patties and 8 pieces of cheese for the same money amount! )

The pertinent question to ask is - are you willing to part with $6X.00 of your money, to have a singular burger that has slightly better tasting beef but that's equally thin and undergrilled without charred flavours despite being moist, no cheese, and the un-sesamed sweetish bread is actually not as good as the McDonald's version?
It aint' a question I can answer for you.

For me - the answer is 'NO', but did I liked the burger here? Its actually quite passable... Its not too bad. NOTE: I did not have the full meal, the burger set prices is higher.

星期六跑完夜場，終於排到期買飛睇大犯罪家，總算上到尾班船，好極。

做完正事肚空空，想食榮式雞扒，但記起呢間堡房應該開張左，於是行遠D試新野。

八點幾入去，明明星期六應該旺場至係架？眼鏡一掃，只見一對情侶，及員工們。

包款千篇一律，有點單調，只有三重奏($80)的份量才吸引我這個食肉獸。不過包除了肉和菜外就沒有其他配料，蛋、煙肉、芝士全部要每樣外加五大元才有，全部加齊再落塊肉盛惠一舊，好明顯，夠膽咁食，對健康、對荷包，都係一場賭博。

自問還有理志(其實係買左飛唔夠錢)的cheap喱最終都只係加塊煙肉算數，包來時被高度嚇一跳，要張大手指才夾的穩，張大口咬第一口竟也咬不中肉，那一刻，那挫敗感，令我想要一份刀叉。

食罷同意其他食友指出的弊病，是包，尤其是包底，不夠厚、烘不夠脆、太軟身太海綿，堡扒流出的肉汁被迅速吸收後逐漸變成一餅爛漿。

不過我必須為堡扒平反，係每一塊都好香，又有肉味又多汁，必食大滿足。

小食要了份特製雞翼($20)，老老實實，真係差到俾唔到珍，雞翼略炸至熟透後混合預製的酸辣汁即成，吃罷有點像咕嚕雞翼，完全無雞味。

奶昔不是自家製的，有牌子雪糕製造，免了，食雪糕有口感多了。

送餐的嬸嬸很有禮貌，難得外國品牌會僱用老弱為員工，很有良心企業的風範，加分。

總結，本人只為三重奏捲土重來。

我平時都會周圍去試burger,今次就去灣仔Fatburger啦!入到去職員好nice,幾個一齊hello,我地揀左fatburger set,一個跟粗薯條,一個跟洋蔥圈,坐位都幾舒服,環境唔錯,不過食物方面,真係有點失望!
burger - 漢堡扒細塊,無牛肉味
薯條 - 無薯仔味,而且無加鹽,完全無味
洋蔥圈 - 無洋蔥的甜味,面層脆槳常有一粒粒硬脆槳結成一團,難食..
我覺得麥當奴的足三兩及薯條,都好味過佢!

一天晚上經過灣仔 看見香港開了Fatburger 即與外籍人士朋友入去試試
入到去令我很掛念之前在美國留學的日子加上個Jukebox
友人都說Double is a must 就諗都唔洗諗食番個meal先
飲個strawberry milkshake
價錢跟美國的差不多
等了一會後 香嘖嘖的burger便送到我們面前
buger比我想像中細 但我都二話不說咬下去 好juicy一路食一路留d汁出來
但相反女朋友的fatburger就沒有我們的double咁多汁
skinny fries好香口 milkshake真係好好飲好thick
食完後即問友人意見 總結來說 我們覺得很satisfied 一定有下次
我亦留意到大部份顧客都不是local
難道這間restaurant真不受香港人歡迎?

除了窩心外賣，除了週六的甜品餐，龍還說要請病癒的我食甜品buffet。掙扎一大輪後，還是決定以婚事為重；不是為了減肥，而是為了盡快印帖；最終放棄了尖咀的buffet，再訪灣仔落訂~
　
事成後，在綠色沙律店與紅色漢城店中徘徊良久，然後錯誤地選擇了難食的後者。Fatburger當紅又多人，環境其實不錯的，洗手間更是企理，但食物實在極度難食：
　
Fatburger-用上廉價包也算了，最慘是漢堡扒毫無肉汁、比麥記出品更乾爭爭，而且真的是丁點牛味也沒有，十分之難食，卻也要散叫$40，套餐也$65。還說喻為LA及Las Vegas最佳漢堡，真是令人難以置信，我只覺得如果那個不幸選了三重奏漢堡，淑女也會粗口成文!
　
洋蔥圈-套餐可以棄薯條選洋蔥圈，聽上用吸引；可成品炸得油膩又過硬，很易弄損口腔，也不會推介。
　
Real Ice-cream Milkshake-用上Ben & Jerry's雪糕，有朱古力、雲尼拿及士多啤梨味，單賣$40，跟餐可+$25享用，是我期望甚殷，也是將食評拉成平面的出色美味項目；我選的是朱古力味，成品既香甜又濃郁，照片中看不出來，實而冰滑美味中還帶有點點朱古力餅碎豐富了口感。天熱之下，我講笑說10杯也飲得下!
　
雖然其奶昔有化腐朽為OK之神效，但核心漢堡實在太差；香港漢堡店何其多，再不改進一下我買定它會關門大吉!

年前萬眾期待的Fatburger,已經營業好一段日子.在網上風評劣多過好,但本身未試過此店,又有點好奇,水準是否如此不劑?

出發看演唱會之前,便來到吃個漢堡包,周六下午時份,客人亦不少.漢堡包有好幾款口味,用店名命名的漢堡,連洋荵圈,汽水要$65一客,以前去老麥吃漢堡包,等同"莫財","糧尾"的象徵.二十塊前已經吃到個餐.現今當然不能同日而語.吃個漢堡包的價錢,已夠我去冰室吃三個特餐了.

用自家命名的漢堡,相信也不會差吧,即叫即整,等一會店員便送上面前.拿上手,包身很軟熟有彈性,因為沒有加錢去加芝士,這個肥漢堡,來得比較單調,只得番茄同生菜.漢堡扒帶有燒烤的香味,原來只是幻像.再吃下去,漢堡扒的肉質太乾,全沒有味道.至此終於醒覺,為何那麼多劣評.上次在Freshness吃到滿手是油,今次就沒有這個情況出現.

洋荵圈用新鮮洋荵,炸得香口,比主角漢堡更好聲譽.加一杯大可樂,就花了我$65.上次就話有贈卷,今次要"現兜兜"比,想起來,真肉赤.

My sister and I were wandering around the Wanchai area thinking about dinner but not wanting anymore Asian food. After wandering around for a bit (and passing many an Asian restaurant), we recalled a couple of burger joints on Wanchai. We chose Fatburger on Queens' Road. Orders are placed at the counter and your food is brought to your booth.

I had the Fatburger (a 1/4 lb burger) while my sister had the Chicken Burger. These were fully dressed and were moist and very more-ish.

The onion rings were excellent! The rings were coated in a breadcrumb mixture that made them seem less oily than their battered brothers. And of course, proper onion slices, not those fake reformed rings of chopped onion.

The fries too were good - crisp with no hint of sogginess.
Would I return? You bet! This is fast food I can get used to! (And I want to try their Cheese dog next.)

Easter 假期第一日, 隔離果個朝早開電視見到個鬼佬食煙肉...本來話左去牛奶公司食炒蛋,點知忽然間話要食煙肉,想起左lee間舖由裝修開始就想黎試下, 應該都有煙肉burger呱.....

抱住試下個心態加要留肚食炒蛋, 2個人只係叫左一個普通burger + 2 份既煙肉 + 一杯汽水, 美國牛...大該唔會差呱?? 第一淡食, 牛肉汁都幾適中, 味道都好ok wor....接住落黎, 隔離果個開始拎起d煙肉放入口...2份煙肉都比佢空口食左1份走, 個飽d 煙肉有邊已經無晒, 我知男友鍾意食煙肉,我之後再食就咬無煙肉果邊.....點知出左事.....牛肉都仲係好juicy 不過一d牛肉味都無, 好傷心, 原來之前果淡咁好食係全靠d煙肉....再加上d生既洋蔥,立即興致大減.....

舖既位置又唔方便, 個飽又無咩特別......個價錢又唔係平....我估都應該唔會再有下一次既幫襯啦

估５到咁好食既veggie burger~~~我原本５鍾意食burger~但係自從食過Fatburger既veggie burger之後，就開始食上癮~~>.<佢個餡好得，由飯同埋mushroom整成；再加tomato & 生菜，真係好fresh~好適合vegetarian~
