上個月放假的時候 去左西貢白沙灣附近的一間西餐廳感覺上似gastropub 比較casual的我去當日有呢個逢星期二的優惠所有漢堡連薯條同啤酒 $100 (未加一)我就點左呢個Prime US Ground Beef Burger只需要看看我下面這張相就知道牛肉是有份量 無呃人架好好食!而且當日係平日 所以人唔多感覺似係外國好舒服下次去白沙灣附近 值得一試!

去西貢市中心經過白沙灣見到呢間好靚嘅餐廳好悠閑好有歐陸風情就忍唔住同男朋友去試吓首先講吓間餐廳嘅環境先餐廳分兩層我哋係上層度食我哋坐窗口位望正白沙灣即使開住窗因為室內有冷氣所以一啲都唔熱員工都好友善同有效率我哋兩口子叫左四道菜呢個蟹餅真係好好食好濃郁嘅蟹肉味再加埋面頭有啲三文魚子好新鮮一啲都唔漏個沙律都不過不失啦食材好新鮮個白汁青口好好食青口好新鮮好大隻啲汁用嚟點麵包一流回味無窮一開頭以為雞胸一定好硬好乾但係呢塊雞胸一啲都唔硬好似雞髀咁嫩滑估唔到雞胸都可以整得咁好食我下次一定會再去食過

再次來到hebe one o one, 做得越來越差了連最招牌嘅crab cake都無埋好差勁嘅生日飯，令小弟失望。先講環境 遠觀間餐廳幾有氣氛但內裡一啲浪漫情調都無 而且幾嘈無乜冷氣, 因為算室外 , 仲要勁多蚊咬我對腳好彩問左waitress 都有蚊怕水提供返！否則成餐飯我就係黎餵飽啲蚊餐包無特別, 算有整暖返個包 野飲叫左士多啤梨奶昔 , 賣相幾靚 , 但飲落非常淡口 某大型快餐店十餘元奶昔仲好飲過佢仲有杯應該係薄荷葉西柚，又淡又酸 兩個字講晒 ：難飲頭盤 帶子成餐飯最好味得呢樣, 香口 , 肉質也很爽牛肉漢堡塊漢堡扒好足料 , 可惜香料味太勁蓋過晒牛味整舊肉只食到似草的味道，少少牛味都食唔到浪費左塊漢堡扒！煙肉太薄，煎到好脆 咬落似食緊張紙碎個包硬嘅三文魚燒得層皮唔夠脆，而且過火了，肉質有點嚡口海鮮意粉非常中伏，說好的海鮮呢成碟野得幾粒蝦仔，仲要碟粉整得一啲都唔惹味！ 我地只係食左兩啖就放左係到香蕉拖肥芝士餅原本對呢度的甜品仲有期望，但食左幾啖 ，都係算罷啦！外觀亦很肉酸，令人提不起食慾

招牌菜青口，選擇恐懼發作唯有兩種口味各一份，紐西蘭青囗大隻肥美又新鮮，cream sauce 好香濃加小小白酒香，汁口味略重配面包一流Tomato sauce有蒜香，酸酸地都幾開胃，我覺得真係各有風味，的確沒有另人失望，must try!Main course 點左Ribeye steak，係好傳統的西式烹調方法，大塊比較薄切，牛有小小硬不過牛香味好足，配菜好特別，烤蘑菇上面有蕃茄加炸洋蔥，同牛扒好夾環境令人好relax, 有種置身外國的感覺，不過因為開放式的設計，雖有風但夏天可能會熱小小。非常親切的服務仲要無加一服務費，令人感到好窩心，好少去西貢，有機會一定會再黎。

一行二人，平日去午餐。去到無乜人，就比人安排到 2 樓坐。開頭比我地揀位，咁見到窗口位有位，諗住坐，點知有個侍應生係後面叫停我地。之後一個問一個咁，最後就話有人訂左。Fine, 咁是但坐啦，嘩。。。位位都渟浸浸咁既。。。著返外套先。。。開場白唔講咁多啦，我地點左以下既食物和飲品：水牛芝士蕃茄沙律（有相）→好一般，不過食材係新鮮既。焗羊奶芝士釀蘑菇（有相）→係特別，朋友話好味，我對羊奶麻麻。。。茄汁海鮮闊條麵（有相）→好咸。。。d 蜆好細，細到接近睇唔到薯條加窄魚柳（有相）→魚就熱辣辣既，好正個tartar 醬係homemade，好正不過薯條就好唔提，質素麻麻地Mocktail 一杯 & 啤酒 一杯（有相）→明明要求 Mocktail 少冰，點知 8 成都係冰，最後我用湯匙拎返哂出黎啤酒應該無問題既環境清靜，平日無乜人，係好 Relax.衰在，我地食完都未有人坐張窗位檯都算。黎左兩位食客，問可唔可以坐張窗位檯，侍應生話Ok無問題。你問我有無下次？我諗唔會啦。～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～We were 2 , a weekday for a Lunch.The place was quite empty and we did not wait to be seated at the 1/F.The waitress asked us where do we want to enjoy our meal, and we choose the window seat but was stopped by several waiters , who was discussing btw them and finally had a conclusion that the table was reserved. so we took a place in the middle of the restaurant. But there was a breeze of cold air from the stairs or corridor ... It was just freezingWell, unlucky us.So we ordered as below:Mozzarella and Tomatoe salad (pic)→normal dish, but the ingredients was fresh after all.Bake Goat Cheese on Mushroom (pic)→My friend likes it a lot I am not a big fan of Goat cheese ~anywaySeafood Fettuccine with tomatoes sauce (pic)→a bit too salty, the clams were very tiny...Fish and Chips (pic)→the fish were still hot and tastythe Tartar sauce was homemade so it was special and delicious as well But the chips were disappointing, not tasty at allMocktail and a Beer (pic)→less ices requested but came with 80% ices in the cup, welldoneAnd the Beer was something normal.The funniest thing is that the table was not reserved at all but I don't know why they did not gave that table to us...2 new guests arriving when we were almost done eating and asked if they could sit next to the window, the waitress said yes ... of courseSo you ask me if there is another time here? I DON'T THINK SO.
