見comment吾錯同埋又係好近屋企, 所以就去試下, 我地叫咗以下菜式:

叫咗set dinner ($198) + $80 要肉眼扒 - 5成 (ok good, 個火攪得啱啱好, 個扒嘅quality ok lar)
是日餐湯 - cream of mushroom (ok lar, 有d黑松露係湯面..不過應該都係比較次等嘅黑松, 一d香味都無)
dessert + $25 - 薑汁 creme brulee (ok lar)
coffee - 我覺得好strong, but老公話good wok

我地另外散叫:
帶子salad - 帶子半生熟..不過都幾新鮮~~
鵝肝蟹肉意大利飯 - OK LAR...
GARLIC BREAD - OK LAR...

OVERALL都吾錯, D食物都係中上 嘅QUALITY, 廚藝就俾佢間嘢D食物更好, 所以我地一定會再幫襯~~

前排睇富貴門見到戚美珍同郭可盈有一幕係間餐廳裡面講數,
硬係覺得熟口熟面,唔知係邊到見過.
直至今日帶隻狗狗落天后剪毛就醒起!shocked
每次帶隻狗去上樓果間"998"剪毛就會係附近間法國餐廳食飯.
今次唔例外...一坐低望住門口隔離果塊大玻璃...立即諗起講數果一幕!!!!
我之前都係因為係哩塊大玻璃外面望入去覺得好有情調先走入去試下~smile
慢慢就變成定期顧客.bowlchopstick

哩到既羊架真係冇得頂!JUICY到暈...超超超超好食!!!!
仲有我最愛既鵝肝...入口即溶...推介!!!!!
白酒青口...蒜蓉飽...龍蝦湯...正!!!

簡直唔願走!

期待左好耐既聚會今次由我發板...
上網搵左好耐終於決定去哩間餐廳(又近我屋企!)tongue

叫左幾款網友介紹既野食~
1. 鵝肝同蒜蓉包...我第一次食到粒蒜蓉係原粒上個包架囉!仲烘到好脆卜卜,正!
2. 再一人一個龍蝦湯(雖然要加錢,不過好值)!!!!本人勁鍾意飲龍蝦湯...簡直味覺既最佳享受!
3. 主菜係大蝦田螺扁意粉+羊架,蝦新鮮彈牙...無得彈呀!!!羊架超juicy!!!果陣"so"味竟然唔令人
反胃!!!仲好吸引添...真係奇~
4. parma ham <----第一眼見到加左哈蜜瓜覺得怪怪地...但係食落好fresh~唔錯唔錯!
5. 有個墨魚汁面都幾唔錯...用左蕃茄~所以都好清新...
6. 朋友G話最好味係ginger cream brelee,有薑味又好滑,個焦糖面又好脆...哩個我就麻麻~
薑始終唔係我鍾意既味道~我食左心太軟,都唔錯!

今次我地一行六個女仔...吹水吹左成五個鐘...都冇畀人話冇畀人趕...
臨走先發現其實人地應該已經要close...好尷尬!
佢地真係好好呀~GOOD SERVICE!!!!!
期待下一次又係哩到聚會呀^^

有日行過呢間餐廳,平時真係唔係咁覺,亦都未試過,咁啱約幾個朋友食飯,一於試下呢度。


室內面積唔算大,但高樓底加上昏暗燈光,無論情侶約會或者同三五知己吹水均可。

喺點菜0既時候,服務員俾左好多唔同0既意見,我個人認為呢個係一間好餐廳應有0既態度,如果唔係點可以俾客人一種受重視0既感覺。

我地叫左兩個頭盤(都係服務員介紹),另每人一個SET DINNER。SET DINNER 有分198 同368 兩款,另再有其他野TOP UP。

首先散叫叫左半打之前未食過0既西非生蠔,正如服務員講首先將蠔含喺個口慢慢食,發現味道又真係唔錯,而且冇乜腥味,值得一試。

另一散叫頭盤係由parma ham, salami 同mozzarella cheese 配上蜜瓜同蕃茄,作為兩隻HAM 只帶少量咸味,但係加上蜜瓜,不失為餐前開胃小食。另本人覺得可另配餐前酒 (不過我地今次冇叫)

SET DINNER 可選沙律或幾款湯,我就叫左是日餐湯 : 粟米忌廉加黑松露。嘩,冇諗到落左個黑松露,成個湯都咁咁咁香 ~! 另外仲感受到粟米0既鮮味 (據講係自己隔渣添)。雖然可以加錢要龍蝦湯,但係發覺呢個粟米湯都好正,仲感受到整得好有心思添。

整得有心思得黎唔做作係我覺得好重要0既一環。固然整得靚同好睇係重要,但係實用性更為重要。

是日主菜有4款選擇,我叫左安格斯肉眼扒(五成熟)配薯蓉。嘩,肉眼扒好JUICY得黎真係個肉味好好好RICH。雖然係油左少少,但係呢塊肉眼扒係我近期食0既牛扒之中可謂最高質素。當然,感覺倒個薯蓉都係好新鮮焗出黎,雖然食得多會滯,但係都想添食.... XD

食完個MAIN COURSE 真係己經好夠飽,所以冇再叫甜品,但係呢餐飯都大感滿足。

行開洗手間發現佢有一個戶外地方(仲有條石春路!),服務員話係可以包做PRIVATE FUNCTION,應該有另一番風味,大家不妨試試。

另順帶一提,佢地餸湯個麵包暖暖地但係好鬆軟,搽埋牛油就更PERFECT 喇 !

老豆話咁大個仔都未食過法國菜,所以今年生日就豪一次畀佢~
我地一行三人(我+老公+老豆)去左老豆屋企附近既SAVOYE BISTRO~
好彩有訂位咋...好FULL呀~

我地食左Pan-Roasted Sea Bass with Cream Sauce ,皮煎得又香又脆,魚肉又好鮮嫩~
蜜汁燒豬排食落去好juicy~伴碟既菠蘿勁甜!如果多D就好喇~~~~
鵝肝醬with牛柳又係勁juicy,超好道!我叫5成熟真係5成熟...出面好多都煎到過晒龍!
我地3條友食左成打生蠔...痴線架!
有Neila Oyster,Bretagne同埋Bald Eagle~美國Bald Eagle超級肥"du du",令人愛不釋手!

唔可以唔提既係...我地叫左碟牛柳意粉,爸爸只係講左句"好似un左D喎"~跟住有個哥哥仔走埋黎主動話幫我地換左佢...換番黎果碟更出色!!!!服務態度一流呀!!!!!真係要搵劉德華頒個獎畀佢!
估唔到一間唔太起眼既餐廳,會有咁出色既服務+食物!

最後我食左個梳乎里~唔錯唔錯!我都係第一次食到士多啤梨味咋!估唔到又幾好味喎~
佢地既雪糕仲要係用Mövenpick!!!!貴野哦~~~~~~

多口既老豆成日撩D侍應吹水~原來老闆TERRY係建築出身,唔怪之得間餐廳咁型咁有feel
啦~~~~~~超鍾意佢地部留聲機呀~~~~~~~~仲有佢地個竹林花園...自成一角...好正呀!下次一定要試下坐裡面有咩感覺!

哩間餐廳是我哩期既至愛,一來近我屋企,二來野食既質素好,三來環境舒服(特別係張梳化!),仲有既係果到D侍應服務態度好,唔知係我黎得多定因為我太"靚仔"...佢地竟然認得我...仲記得我鍾意食乜...簡直好似番到自己屋企一樣!簡直係"賓至如歸"!!!!

有幾樣野我係去親都會叫既...大家不妨試試!chopstick
1. Pecorino Garlic Bread <---由於連續叫左幾次~所以侍應哥哥都知道係我既必點之選!!!真係香到頭都暈埋!完全停唔到口!
2. Sauteed Fresh Blue Mussel in White Wine Sauce<---女朋友至愛!聽D侍應講,佢地既汁係用vermith同埋番紅花整架,勁好味!
3. 佢地幾款湯都好正~我就係鍾意"傑傑"地既感覺,香濃得黎又唔太"漏"!唔會覺得好肥!
4. Risotto with French Duck Breast in gravy非常值得推介,risotto既口感岩岩好,唔會過硬,又唔會太爛。真係good fit!唯一要批評既係,,,好似夜晚食果陣比中午食果陣香Dtongue

佢地既甜品都好唔錯...我試過梳乎里/ 心太軟/ tiramisu...
梳乎里-->好似食風咁...哩個唔關間餐廳事...係梳乎里本身次次食左都等於冇食咁shocked
心太軟-->頭一次食麻麻地~個心唔夠流出黎...硬左D...我當吹水咁同個侍應講...點知第二次去到個侍應介紹我食多次,我又真係叫多次...點知第二次係改良左架囉!有野流出黎喇終於,非常開心!原來佢地真係會聽人既意見,值得一讚!
tiramisu不過不失...可能我麻麻地哩D帶苦既味道~我女朋友就好鍾意!

哩間野既食物質素唔錯,最緊要係個價錢合理,絕對唔會令人後悔,覺得食左一餐又貴,質素又差既法國菜!特別係lunch...簡直質素同價錢唔成正比...竟然平成咁...但係又咁好味...為左慳錢,而家我通常都係食午餐...哈哈!

I went there with my bf @ 11/9 (our 31 months anniversary)
we both live in CHAI WAN...
we always see this restaurant when we are sitting on the bus 8P...
finally we tried it @ that day~^^

we ordered 2 set of tasting menu~
i love the oyster's soup very very much!!!!it is vvvvvvvvvvvvery creamy and tasty!
haha~it is perfect if the soup can be bigger! i really love it!
the foie gras was great too~it melted into my mouth...haha~also bigger ->better!
and we ordered rib eye steak and lamb for our main dish~
actually i hate the smell of lamb...so i hv not commnet on the lamb~
however, my bf loves eating lamb very much~
he said the lamb wasn't overcooked~it was quite juicy!!!!
and the dessert, both souffle and tiramisu were nice!
on my own view~it was a little bit sweet for me~
i am not a sweet lover! so both souffle and tiramisu were eatten by my bf!!!>.<

by the way, the waiter who served us was quite polite and gentle~
he would not disturb us most in the time~but when we wanna ask for sthg~
he came quickly with a smile face~
also he was quite nice to give some advices on food,
and we asked some information for our coming party~
he took me to their back garden~Ooooo!!!!so beautiful!
i really really love that garden!
we booked that garden finally since their service was super gd!
" choi shan yan on lok"...kaka^^

for real~the food is not big enough for my "dai wai wong" bf~
but i know that all french food restaurants are the same~
SAVOYE BISTRO provides a comfortable and nice place...
served us with delicious food and polite manner~
this restaurant will become my "fan tong"!!!!!!

2 person : We ordered set dinner menu
1) Soup (Spinish soup): so oily & not much favor . Waiter persuade us to add HKD20 to change to lobster bisque (luckily we din't)
2) Tuna salad (as per another guest's comment): nothing special , veggie sauce is very sweet
3) Main courses: US prime ribeye (need to add an extra HKD80), thin slice, small portion, not much meat taste, overcooked (i ordered medium, but it is way more than medium) , main course come with very limited veggie which has not been well-prepared.. still have the "tab" on the green people. (worse than Cafe de carol)

4) another main course: Chicken breast + Prawn : chicken is OK,, but prawn is not fresh.. had a sense of rotten, meat fall apart. we asked for a change.. and we were not served politely.
5) dessert: (need to add HKD$25 for just tiramisu or cream brulee): don't even try !! the cream brulee is so tiny... doesn't even worth it.. i would rather pay HKD 2x bucks to go eat in McCafe !
6) Drinks: before i placed the order of hot chocholate.. i wanna make sure it is not sugar-added (the waiter said it has no sugar).. turn out : the cocoa mix has already included SUGAR...what a big joke !!!
7) house wine: australian wine (OK).. but no next time

I would never go there anymore..for that price.. i can go to a much better place.. no wonder it is not fully packed !!

btw.. the last table which is closer to the end of the restaurant stinks of Trash or tabacco... very unpleasant dining !sad

Today's my birthday. 專程一試.
Environment was fair only as people on the next table were talking loudly. Not the restaurant's fault.
The restaurant was not full (only 10%). But we (four) were allocated a table next to the wall. The waiters kept on coming over behind me to get plates and utensils. Very disturbing. Shouldn't we be allocated to a more spacious stable. (When we left, the restaurant was only 30-40% full!)
Service was fair and was not particularly eagar and polite. May be we just ordered 4 X set dinner. We were asked to upgrade some itmes (eg bread, appetitizer, etc). How distrubing it was.
Set Appetizer: Grilled Tuna salad (過得去, nothing spectacular)
All of us ordered steak as the main course. but we were all disappointed (small portion + 食得出唔新鮮 + 無牛味)
We will neevr come again la!!sad

今天到此餐廳慶祝生曰,order 了白酒house wine, 原來有3種價錢 ($45 - $75), 沒有告訴, 便給最貴那種 (不老實). 另叫了一杯蘋果汁, 冰水杯size咁細, 還以為免費, 實質要成$38. order 了兩客 $3xx tasting menu. 蠔 都幾好味, 不過不黏殼. 蟹周打湯 OK, +$20 的大蝦湯也OK. 到main course, 因和牛肉眼扒200g (要另加$150) 太貴,所以叫了鵝肝牛柳和大蝦魚扒, 鵝肝牛柳 煎得幾香, 但大蝦魚扒 太出色和overcook. 甜品 叫了梳乎厘和焦糖蛋, (在訂位時, 告訴服務員是來慶祝生曰,他說可以幇我們將梳乎厘轉心太軟), 但先來了梳乎厘,我便問其中一位服務員, 他說會再來其他兩個, 我便想心太軟是送的. 但到最後只來了梳乎厘和心太軟, 因等太久及有小小飽, 便算數. 埋單時, 看了張單, 便很激氣. 因蘋果汁計$38, 酒計最貴嗰隻, 而心太軟又收我$35 (服務員說因加了雪糕, special, 所以便計我所謂成本價, 我見他都有請其他枱免費雪糕或餐湯!!) 個set原本包一個甜品,那現在要比錢買. 真激氣! 最後我沒有給貼士(咁嘅經濟有乜出奇?), 服務員不發一聲便黑面離去(開始時還很有禮貌,之後360度變臉),真是一肚氣,慶祝變受氣,以後也不去啦!

Since husband's old home was aroud the idea, we passed by the restaurant many times but never get the chance to go and try it. We thought of having some fine dining last night, and searched open rice and found this restaurant. Turned out the reviews are correct --- it was an excellent experience. We each ordered a tasting menu since we wanted to try the goose liver and also the oysters.

Tasting menu:
(1) 2 oysters (australian and US) -- huge and fresh
(2) big scallop with salad -- nicely cooked
(3) lobster bisque (we upgraded -- add $20 each) -- professional quality
(4) main course: goose liver + steak (medium cooked) -- it was really medium cooked, steak was excellent, goose liver was a bit disappointing. I think perhaps ordering it on a separate order may be better
(5) chocolate souffle
(6) coffee/tea

Overall, the experience was great, service was good. Will come again!

食厭o西CWB既餐廳, 星期五專程date frnd o黎天后一試.
星期五晚 around 9pm, 餐廳 only 60% full, but expected since 間餐廳都唔算容易搵...
好睇得出店主好擺心機落個 environment (owner supposed to have some interior design background), 入面暗暗地, 以深色furniture為主, leather seats 有超級厚cushion, super comfortable (難以形容)..... deco 有d 似boutique hotel既感覺, but 又無high class o個種拘緊, 所以覺得既舒服. Service 都幾好, waiter 算體貼o個款.
FOOD:
HSBC 有10% discount, but 本身set dinner (2 course + coffee/tea) 只係 $198 + 10%! OK抵la...
Set Appetizer: Grilled Tuna salad (過得去, frnd 話有d dry). I upgraded my appetizer to the Fois Gois which everyone raves about here in their comments (only +$35 !) Taste 真係算唔錯 (esp. consider good deal). 皮煎得又脆又香, 配個甜甜地既醋, 唔係好厚o個種so唔重"潤"味 tongue
Main: Selection from Steak, Lamb, Chicken & Shrimp, Fettucine.....
- I had the Steak (also due to the good ratings here), but disappointed since 食得出唔新鮮, 無乜牛味. 朋友要o左Prosciutto ham & mushroom fettucine; also 麻麻地, 無驚喜.

Overall: Acceptable food, Nice atmosphere, not noisy / crowded = worth trying, good for gatherings with friends. 飯後可以向天后散步or 食埋中式甜品添!

I drove by this restaurant many times and finally I went there with my husband on a Sunday night.

We ordered fried goose livers for appetizer, delicious and right texture after frying... the prawn creamy soup is good, the pasta is yummy too! Finally we shared a warm chocolate cake, the chocolate sauce flow out from the center, yummy too!

This is a pleasant place and the waiter is polite with well manner, we had a happy experience for our 1st visit! smile

For a long, long time...... not been to a restaurant where every single course was of excellent quality.

1. bread-- steaming hot!
2. Salad-- creative! fresh & neatly served
3. goose liver-- melt in your mouth
4. soup-- creamy
5. steak-- chosen quality steak! better than in a lot of 5 stars hoteltongue
6. desert-- good
7. coffee-- freshly brewed (even the coffee was of chosen top quality......shockedSurprise)

One thing I could taste from their food: done with heart. The ingredients were of top quality and fresh.

Only one thing to deduce marks: a bit noisy when buses passed-by coz the restaurant is by road-side. Didn't concern me much anyway.
