I like their mussel & salad very much. They have a full menu for mussels, with different sauce/favor. I tried the one with curry sauce. I love it!!! Little shop, but cook with heart!

Went there for dinner last night. We hadn't heard about this place before we went, but since the restaurant we originally wanted to go to was shut down, we just decided to go for the one next door. This place is very small. There are about 4 tables for 2 and 2 tables for 4 and only 1 waitress and 1 cook. We had a brief look at the menu and decide we would go for our favourite escargot and two styles of mussels. The waitress brought us some bread and cold butter to start. It came out of the oven for sure. It was cripsy on the outside and soft on the inside - the way I love it. The butter was slightly salted which went really well with the bread. It didn't take long for the escargot to come, but we had already finished the bread, so we asked for more. The escargot was excellent. It was really hot when it got to our table and it just smelt so nice... The garlic and herb oil was delicious! (More bread dipping action..). It has a very bistro feel to it.When we finished our starter, the other tables started arriving, so the service started to slow down a bit. I still think the waitress was very attentive though. We ordered the prawn cocktail as we were waiting. The prawns were shelled and a little too cold, but it was okay overall. Then, the main. The first one came with the blue cheese and cream sauce. The sauce was very rich and a little salty if it was to drink on its own, so... more bread.... The mussels came with fries on the side. Those were very good fries. It was a little on the think side, but it was really hot, cripsy and not oily at all. The second bowl of mussels were cooked in white wine, shallots, parma ham and gyuere. I think this sauce goes with the mussels more because it's lighter and you can taste the mussels more. Admittedly, the mussels were the largest or freshest I have tasted, but the cooking style is very authentic. All in all. It was a very good meal. I was very impressed by the waitress because she was the only one there and she managed it very well. It was a very relaxed place without crowds outside the restaurant. I think I will go back.

I promised Pascal that I would write both English and Chinese reviews for my visit to his restaurant, so even though I have already praised enough of their food and his humor in my Chinese review, I am just going to say it again (in English). We went in a bit earlier than their dinner time, but they were great in letting us in and have a browse of the menu. We were attracted by their Mussells and Fries so we ordered the most simple one cooked with white wine. The mussells were fresh and tasty, and Pascal taught us some little tricks as to how to eat mussells, which was quite a laugh really. Fries were freshly fried, it was crsipy and not oily at all!Oh forgot to mention the bread -- it's definitely my way of testing whether a place has "heart" or not, by trying out their bread, and obviously Voyager's bread passed with flying colours! It was just perfect with butter. We also ordered a Vegetarian Pasta, not much to comment except that it was very yummy (and we just loved the fact that it wasn't covered by too much sauce or anything, and really let the natural food flavour come out).Even though we didn't order anything else (we were going to try the Brittany Cake but was too full), we had a wonderful evening -- both satisfied with the food and the hospitality of the hosts. Will sure come back for more!

We ordered the shirmp salad, the set dinner, and a mussel set, two drinks. Actually we two girls wanted to share the main course but the French guy insisted that we must order two main courses. Okay, we just compelled...but this had given us a very bad impression of that French guy, very pushy. The mussel was cooked in wine but it was not fresh. This dish was below average although the french fries was nice. The fish in the set dinner was a frozen fish. It was also below average, although the starter was okay. The best dish was the shirmp salad, as both the veggie and shirmp were fresh. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. The service is poor. The french guy is pushy. The food is of mediocre quality, but the price is not. Don't go there for dinner! Maybe if you wanna try out, go there to lunch first.
