招牌菜
This place was recommended by friends. I love dumplings and northern Chinese food, so I thought I'd give it a try.We had a late-ish dinner there on a Sunday and was given a table by the window, the view was nice as all the buildings light up at night.Service was average, but the lady owner (She was not in an uniform!) was good at recommending unusual dishes. We were happy that she didn't tried to sell us the Shake Fin soup or other expensive dishes on the menu.I've had better "siu long bao" elsewhere (i.e in Shanghai) however, theirs was not bad for a Hong Kong restaurant.My favorite dish was the honey sauce chinese ham with bun, perfect combination of sweet and savory.We also had a fish soup, it's a thick soup, I think it translate as "Mrs. Shi's fish soup". It was very tasty ( I am sure there's some MSG in it, but I wasn't overly thirsty after the meal).For desert, I really like their "red bean paste in Eggwhite banana dough" 高力豆沙香蕉, it wasn't too greasy and you can taste the banana.All in all, it was a pleasant dinning experience with good ambience, above average food and reasonable price.

佐敦地帶, 柯士甸道與彌敦道交界的一座商業大廈, 全座皆食肆, 今天上了最高的一間, 11樓, 上海菜品種加粵式飲茶, 景觀正, 安排坐在窗前, 太陽晒, 略熱, 幸好天氣涼, 尚可以, 先來一籠蝦餃和鎮江肴肉來試一試品質, 蝦餃略為大了些, 蝦味不足但肉質口感彈牙, 加上皮厚簿適中, 不差啦, 鎮江肴肉, 透明部分略多, 咬落彈口但肉質口感不足, 吃了才叫其他的點心, 脆皮雞半隻, 皮十分簿, 炸得剛好, 外脆內軟, 炒飯比想像中細碟, 蝦多但細隻, 炒得干身, 飯質一粒粒可見, 锅貼煎得不夠香, 底部顏色還是淡淡, 皮實實, 但肉質不錯, 可惜, 义燒包十分出色, 以上海包式外表, 皮極軟熟, 內裡材料交足功課, 接近全瘦义燒, 多而汁論中, 查看原來是大點, 難怪,

事關北京酒樓等到儍, 才有今次既第一次. 第一个 GOOD o係老板娘既服務, 需然有DD hard-sell 但勝在態度好. 尼家片皮鴨都不錯, 睇上去都幾靚, 又不太膩 青瓜仲好fresh 小籠包: 入口香甜;皮厚ok;但裏面D湯比較少. 其它小菜都OK 但細 portion. ps: 剛剛先見到 OpenRice優惠券

朋友生日, 相約了在這裡吃飯, 見到dinner 食評好像一般都有點兒擔心,不過今年夏天才在這裡吃過lunch(飲茶) 感覺上服務很好, 所以決定再試夜晚.這裡值得推介是沒有限時, 一整晚任坐, 待應們的服務都很好, 我們買了蛋糕, 雖然要收hkd 50切餅費, 但這裡的待應很細心, 先讓我們唱過生日歌許過願拍過照才拿回去幫我們分件 (這個是雪糕蛋糕來的, 要分件其實都好辛苦架)食物方面推介北京填鴨, 糖醋排骨. 雞絲粉皮 北京填鴨真的好好吃, 皮很脆, 而且(hkd 298) 還能送多一個餸, 所以我地也點了選單下的糖醋排骨, 排骨很入味肉很林.砂鍋雲吞雞(半隻) 是hkd 98 也是送選單下的餸,我們也就點了臘味抄芥蘭. 另外也點了回窩肉抄年糕, 葱油餅 , 不過這些就一般了.

今日夜晚見金山爆晒, 所以上左黎食, 點知佢做緊中秋, d 野食勁貴, 又冇乜得揀, 不過開左茶冇計,叫左:1. 韮黃鱔糊 ($88), 呢個係全晚最正常既菜 2. 帶子西蘭花 ($78), 帶子有雪味又韌, 同0係屋企冇走油就咁煮既一樣 3. 賽螃蟹 ($68), 得 d 蛋白同少少瑤柱, 冇料既, 又冇蛋黃撈, 又淡 真係0係屋企煮好過
