Found out about this Shepherd's pie because a fellow expat told me about it.Techically I would call it a Shepherd's tart because it is actually a tart with Shepherd's pie filling.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Oily tart:The pie pastry must contain a lot of lard/butter or oil because it got right through the paper casing to the paper bag.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Shepherd's pie:The pie was delicious but it was a tad too salty.It was delicious minced beef with a fluffy baked mashed potato top which had lovely crispy
