宏 (尖沙咀)

K11 is one of my most went shopping mall, I mean I must pass by it when exchange rail. haha
but I do often stroll in (most likely for dessert) 
I was so glad when Hiroshi opened a store in K11, cos I always wanted to visit the shop in jordon, now it is very convenient.
At a japanese dessert store, certainly I'll have to pick something matcha-ly.

Mini Roll Cake $15/each (matcha & chocolate)They both have creamy fillings and moist cake layer. Nom
tho the flavour is lighter than I thought, was hoping for richer matcha & chocolate flavour.

anyways, I ate at the store as there were 2 stools and a bench table.
the cakes were served on paper plate with a fork, the staff offered paper towel.
Also there were plenty free samples, you can most try everything.
but I feel every match products are kinda really alike.

Urban Bakery (銅鑼灣)

This place is perfect to get "bread fast" for the whole day: breakfast, lunch, tea time.

Well, for breakfast, not every option is ready so early, so many times I get dissappointed
My advise: come after 11am

For lunch, theres sandwiches and salad. Healthy and meaty options

For tea? nomnomnom Too many fruity pastry and puffs to choose!
Take a look yourself!!!! ITS AMAZING!!!But this time, I pay my visit for this pearl.
Ball Law Cowssant $16 波羅牛角包This is out-of-the-world combo + fusion.
Classic cantonese ball law bread 波羅包 X 牛角包 Classic French Croissant
Hence, 波羅牛角包 Ball Law Cowssant. ding!ding!ding!
But more cool and enhanced, that there's 波羅油牛角包

Ball Law Cowssant with Thick Butter $30$14 to step up for butter, some parts of me felt pricy. but after one bite, I know its all worth it. Especially when ate fresh!
The creation is a attraction itself, but the best part is the taste and texture that is completely mind blowing. My old favourite used to be the chocolate one, but I've opt for this babe.
