整理手機上飲食過的相片才記起這一間煊記,這次經驗可算經典🥵那一晚見疫情總算平穏便,便心思思出去食吓小炒,之前都有經過這間小店,又見食評唔太差,便去一試。6:30去到,沒有預訂位,員工由樓下帶上二樓,店舖長走廊形,見有幾始人但都吃火鍋的,員工一直把我們二人帶入一房,吃了一驚😱😱,這地方應該是廚房洗碗用吧,而家加位比我地坐真係比足面😰😰但一心想著如果食物質素好的話又無妨啫⋯⋯算哪已經坐底,點左二個小菜,一個煎焗大魚頭煲$128,另一個啫啫雞煲$95,加一個白飯。魚頭煲好香,一隻大魚頭,味道这可以,但煲唔熱,食落發覺魚頭雲仲未全熟,淡水魚一定要煑到好熟才能進食,因為有大量寄生蟲的,所以吃了外面一部份就不敢再食下去😱呢個係啫啫雞㷛,但似油浸雞煲多啲,雞好似啱啱解凍完,大陣雪味,而鷄一啲都冇醃,調味都慳返,係食唔落口⋯⋯ 最後食咗少少就即刻埋單走人,埋單300有找唉!唔怪得咁多人都係食火鍋啦...😩😩寄語各位...有時真係唔好淨信食評架🥵🥵 continue reading

又係一個月黑風高內臟夜,聽聞呢度有古法焗魚腸,我內臟俠緊係要去探一探虛實啦!但我好失策,竟然食完返嚟,𥄫下其他人嘀食評,先知道佢有火爆炒雞子!靠!好想食呀!係香港食雞子係會俾人鄙視,尤其打邊爐,一叫親~實有人陰陽怪氣,話你核突講真!我咁鍾意食內臟,連雞子呢嘀入門版都唔食,我仲洗出嚟行?唉~又扯遠咗!講下嘀餸先!黎得梗係要叫佢個焗魚腸啦!噫?上菜先發現佢個魚腸係煎㗎喎!唔打緊,好餓,食咗先講!嘩!好掂喎!個蛋唔老又夠乾身!夾雜住大量香蔥,A?脆脆地嘅?佢竟然加咗蛇羹入邊嘅薄脆呀!妙也~妙也~魚腸洗得乾淨,唔會有澀呢個味 會stay响你條俐,份量又夠多!值得叫呀!之後到韭菜花炒豬什,韭菜花夠嫩,豬什夠多又夠新鮮!火候啱啱好,又夠獲氣!嘀豬什唔韌!又清哂一碟!仲叫咗呢度嘅招牌!炒蓮藕鯪魚餅!!外脆內彈~唔油喎!蓮藕又爽又多!夠晒真材實料呀!佢唔會死實實,塊野好好彈性,唔知係佢個鯪魚膠打得好定有咩獨門秘技!(江湖傳聞佢地自已親手撻!)抵佢做門面擔當嘅~個人覺得自己影得相當有立體感!出邊煎得金黃,格住個mon都聞到彈牙呀椒鹽鮮魷同豉油王鵝腸,一睇就知送酒孖寶啦!佢呢個豉油王鵝腸,就唔係新鮮鵝腸嚟!同鹹咗少少又濕咗嘀!但椒鹽鮮魷正呀!粉漿夠薄脆岳岳!上高再加乾濕蒜,香蔥,辣椒,問你點頂?兩支藍妹丫!我哋仲叫咗條時令嘅太白魚,佢一魚兩食,不過始終河鮮都係有朕草清味,我都唔係好食得慣,而且都幾多骨,佢係好有心機,將嘀魚肉起咗,扭成日一朵朵花係條魚隔離,心思係有,但媽呀!好多骨呀!係我唔識食!對唔住之後重叫咗冬菜牛𦟌同豉油王炒麵,牛𦟌夠軟身,但都係咸左嘀!真係要送飯果隻!齋食冬菜係好香,但牛𦟌腌得太重味!叫得豉油王炒麵,就證明我哋唔夠飽啦!佢個豉油王炒麵炒得好乾身,一嘀都唔油,個麵又夠爽又多芽菜,有一說一!炒得靚!家下嘀大排檔越開越少,新開嗰嘀又冇嚟鑊氣,其實真係好想搵返一間好好食嘅小菜!最慘家下嘀舖頭話執就執!嘀廚房又唔知去晒邊,成日左試右試,有時都冇乜心機!雖然依一間都夠老字號,又夠鑊氣,環境直逼旺角卡門張學友講數場景,但始終唔係我心目中覺得最好食....唔知係以前嘀大排檔加咗時代濾鏡,定我嘴尖咗!其實煊記係合格㗎!有機會再嚟食一定要試佢個火爆炒雞子 continue reading

係電影中心睇完啲唔知講乜嘅電影,緊係要出黎醫肚。係電影中心附近都無乜好食嘅菜館或者酒樓,所以想食就要行多幾步路到油麻地。呢佢味係煎藕餅,好多食評都有講,好好食。煎得好乾身,外面煎得好脆口,內面都好彈口。而入面啲鯪魚肉無骨,處理得好好。入面啲蓮藕好爽口,煎到細細粒,啖啖都有蓮藕肉食。冬菜蒸牛展,即係阿媽蒸嘅冬菜牛肉。好好味,啲冬菜處理得好好,減少左啲鹹味,就咁食好醒胃。至於啲牛展都好滑,又有牛肉味。至於呢個牛展就醃得比較濃味,個樓面姐姐話送飯送啤酒一流,搞到食多左飯。呢個係油浸筍殼魚,好好食,我阿媽話以前係高級野,不過依家多左養魚就平左。呢條緊係養魚啦,如果唔係咁平,不過就係整得好食。呢味炸魚個皮炸得好脆口,炸都連啲魚翅都食得,而且毫毛油憶味,好乾身,非常可口。魚肉方面就算係炸都好滑,又實肉,一疏疏嘅魚肉好好食。咁養魚用油炸無乜魚味都好合理,無乜投訴。整體好好食,但係個價就貴過附近啲鋪頭嘅,但咁嘅味道就合理喇。 continue reading

朋友家姐極力推介多次。。。可惜次次兩個人👫好怕好難叫菜所以一直未有機會試。。今晚終於有機會啦儲齊四隻腳👩🏻👩🏻👱🏻‍♀️👱🏻‍♀️。。過返個happy Friday 估唔到6.45去到。。已經要坐2樓嘅僭建位🤦🏼‍♀️。。仲要幾擠迫下。。。不過算啦試好嘢唔好介意座位。。。當然要叫幾樣小菜食下啦。。。四個人狂風掃落葉🍂🍂🍂🍂。。。椒剁蒸魚雲薑蔥桶蠔煲炸蜆介鯪魚球豉椒炒聖子小炒王金銀蛋莧菜蒜蓉炒油麥菜實在飽到抱住個肚走 整頓飯最欣賞就係薑蔥桶蠔煲。蜆介鯪魚球。小炒王。豉椒炒聖子。。。最為吸引。。食到以前大排檔嘅鑊氣同風味。。其實仲有好幾個小菜想試。。但真係太飽食唔落🤪🤪🤪下次一定要再試多幾味。。。已經約定班friend 下星期再翻食。。。。下星期再happy Friday 見 continue reading

多年波友想食團年飯,但要吃哪一間餐廳,經常都會議論紛紛,最後隨意選了一間酒家,質素又不如人意今次由隊長帶路,令人信心大增生魚皮@好多年無食過喇爽脆又軟滑,加上薑蒽辣豉油簡正無敵家鄉煎藕餅@藕餅新鮮出爐,又脆又香口材料只有蓮藕和豬肉,名符其實簡單好味。砵仔焗魚腸@面頭焗得脆脆的,魚腸新鮮乾淨,雞蛋吸收了魚腸鮮甜味道,加上胡椒粉後味道更好,食唔停口金銀蛋白菜仔@The home feel is back無論皮蛋、鹹蛋和蛋花的份量也很多,幾乎鋪滿整碟菜式,白菜仔是新鮮貨色,亮點卻是那個湯, 還以為味道會較淡,誰不知這個湯的味道卻比一般的濃郁,感覺驚喜椒鹽白飯魚@白飯魚,家常魚,最常用來椒鹽,便宜又好吃白飯魚不算太小,炸至金黃,食落帶少許椒鹽香,十分可口鬆脆,非常惹味,會忍不住多吃兩口~ continue reading
