To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六夜晚接近七點去到金鐘，冇乜特別嘢想食， 咁啱就近見到翡翠拉麵小籠包，就入咗去 。佢 應該算係 全個商場最旺的一間食肆，接近七成入座率，我哋兩大一細坐咗喺中央位置， 枱與枱之間其實都好近， 聽到隔離枱講乜，又 清清楚楚 見到食緊乜😝。 我哋嗌咗小籠包、雲吞拉麵、 雲吞燉雞湯 同埋飲品青檸梅子梳打 ，仲有菜螃蟹 。用QR code點餐，上菜速度非常之快，可能因為用餐有限時90分鐘🤨。埋單470蚊， 味道不過不失，性價比還可以，好似有套餐做緊， 如果有某信用卡， 套餐好似會抵啲。

金鐘 📌翡翠拉麵小籠包年廿九收工突然間好掛住翡翠嘅擔擔麵，就同豬隊友去咗金鐘嘅翡翠拉麵小籠包。我想話金鐘呢間分店，一向有水準，質素係最穩定。▫️ 脆皮春卷（3條) $42個皮勁香脆，上枱熱辣辣，入邊包住蘿蔔絲、椰菜絲等，口感滿滿 😍▪️花雕醉雞 $85（+10 轉脾）呢個醉雞，每次都係我必點，今次我就無轉脾。我最鍾意呢度花雕酒香，真係好好味 😋 陣陣酒香滲入🐔肉內，雞皮薄而爽口，肉質鮮嫩，一如以往嘅好水準 😋▫️上海小籠包 （4件）$58呢個真係要趁熱食 🤤 包內湯汁肉汁，令人回味無窮，呢度嘅上海小籠包，一直維持好嘅水準 ~正呀 ☺️▪️ 鮮肉鍋貼 （4 件）$55豬隊友最鍾意食呢度嘅鍋貼 🥟 佢話外層嘅皮煎得又香脆，肉餡比小籠包更 juicy 。▫️招牌擔擔拉麵 $72呢間分店嘅擔擔麵，麵賓爽滑，湯頭香濃，係我食過最好味嘅。我最鍾意佢個湯底，充滿濃鬱芝麻花生醬香味兼帶著輕微辣味，湯內仲有花生碎、腰果碎 ~ 好有誠意 😍 豬隊友話如果有得加$要塊炸豬扒，就十分完滿 💯哈哈 😆 貴店真係可以諗諗佢 🙏🏻▪️桂花酒釀小丸子 $36真心講呢度真係平 • 靚 • 正 🧡先講細細粒嘅小丸子，煙煙靭靭，淡淡桂花香揉合酒釀香氣，扣人心弦 💞🔅總括而言，我覺得翡翠拉麵小籠包係一間高質嘅餐廳，而灣仔分店水準一直都好好，我會繼續回訪 🥢

我一家人都十分喜歡在這裡用餐，這裡的員工都非常友善。當然，餐廳的食物質數也很高，小籠包非常美味，配上薑絲很完美，鍋貼也很好吃，My family and I are huge fans of this place. The staff is super nice and the food is great. The xiao long bao is very good with the shredded ginger is perfect. fried dumpling is delicious too. Highly recommended!
