以為Covid 後都吾執嘅餐廳都係有實力,咁就太天真,昨晚想食啤酒串燒咁啦⋯⋯就入咗呢間老字號(1)酒盜芝士一個前菜嘅小碟收$75 佢都幾識做生意(2)明太子蛋卷從未響日本餐廳度食過只有兩摺嘅蛋卷(3)什錦天婦羅之前2碟到咗之後嘅都冇乜期待果然個炸粉唔得(中式炸粉?)(4)串燒雞翼,牛舌牛舌系最好食因為落咗好多黑椒雞翼系瘦及冇乜調味啤酒X2杯$6xx 埋單你唔信就自己去試吓啦笨x做一次日本人至愛?他們喜歡食垃圾嗎?點解食評咁多good comment ???? continue reading

幾次經過八海山,都未有機會試,網上看到,話說由日本人經營,朋友放工約食飯,由於趕住上堂,近近哋,於是過來湊熱鬧⋯⋯未夠七點到來,未算多食客。一行三人,店員立即送上前菜漬物: 帶子群邊,竟然唔似一般要勁有𡁻頭,相信是處理過,筆者頗為歡喜。明太子蛋捲~味道比筆者想像中冇咁咸,略嫌蛋過熟。串燒~雞肝、雞軟骨、牛舌、大葱:大家都對以上很滿意,燒得剛剛好,筆者當晚最愛雞肝串燒。天婦羅魷魚絲~下酒小吃必點之選,魷魚絲帶點點甜味,會吃完一條又一條,筆者當晚很喜歡,係啤酒的好朋友。自家製忌廉薯餅$78~熱騰騰的忌廉可樂餅,creamy 正!壽司一款有六件,當晚點了鰻魚壽司及加州卷,中規中矩。湯烏冬~酒後完美的句號。由於趕住上堂,幸好當晚未算多食客,所以在短短的個半鐘飯局,也傾得很開心𣈱快。 continue reading

前排同朋友去慶祝,當然要搵間高質餐廳黎食好西啦~朋友之前都食過話好高質,所以我都好期待😍原來八海山已經系老字號,平時亦都吸引吾少日本人黎食,咁一定信心保證啦👍🏻嗌左D 刺身、壽司🍣食物相當新鮮,海膽一啲苦澀味都冇,十分鮮甜😍刺身沙律,估吾到會有咁多刺身😍沙律汁酸酸味味,好開胃!帶子牛油燒,帆立貝系jumbo size 咁大粒😋 口感非常飽滿,好肥美!明太子露荀炒飯,呢個系朋友之前食過推薦的,果然炒到粒粒分明,十分乾身👍🏻佐酒小食,嗌左魷魚絲天婦羅&雞泡魚乾,OMG 個魷魚絲好食到我停吾到口🤣一口接一口,炸到好香口💯 continue reading

新年食左咁多糕糕糕,同朋友食開年飯就專登揀左日本菜食。雖則係新年,但陸續都見有唔少人入座,座位舒適闊落,好有日式家庭料理店既feel~佢既燈光則比較暗,考你影相技巧呢XD坐低先叫左個2人份量既特上刺身盛再慢慢揀其他野~拼盤有海膽、帶子、赤身、三文魚、甜蝦、八爪魚同埋油甘魚,各款刺身都相當唔錯,新鮮肥美,海膽亦好新鮮完全無臭味,食完胃口大開即刻想試其他熟食!由於佢既menu實在係包羅萬有太多選擇,仲有個廚師推薦menu及店長推介時令刺身,2個人咩都想試哈哈,建議約多啲朋友一齊食就會大滿足。明太子玉子燒-玉子燒係薄身既,熱辣辣食最好味,又唔會太飽塞住個胃食唔到其他野。明太子味道相對較淡,唔會搶左玉子既蛋香,讚~串燒-分別叩左燒牛舌、燒豚肉同埋雞肉丸子。最值得一讚係燒豚肉,五花腩燒到外脆內軟,但又唔會覺得肥膩,令人想食完一舊一又舊呢~關東煮-最懷念既日本味道之一!佢既2人份量關東煮都好大份呢,味道清甜,食物又唔會煮到太淋無哂口感,3-4個人食也不為過哈哈~牛肉薯餅-本人係十分鍾意食牛肉薯餅既人,呢個100分!外面鬆脆又唔會話食落好吉口,裡面雖然係薯蓉但又不失口感,真係可以食好多好多~壽喜燒牛肉鍋-正當食到已經7,8分飽之際,發覺原來叫左個牛肉鍋XD 店員好好,見我地張枱無位擺專登遲啲先上個鍋。牛肉份量不少,而且配埋生雞蛋,呢個簡直係食壽喜燒既精髓!成個湯底唔會死咸死甜,味道適中,就算已經8分飽就可以食得落。成餐飯最後可以食個熱鍋真係perfect! continue reading
