The popularity of this egg waffle shop is not to be overlooked as customers have to grab a ticket and wait a good 15 minutes for your waffle during the weekend.In my opinion I don't think these are as good as everyone say they are. The sweetness was just right but the egg flavour did not overwhelm me, though I like how they didn't add too much batter so that the waffle was half hollow and didn't taste like cake. People who like egg waffles often look for ones which are crispy on the outside but
In my opinion I don't think these are as good as everyone say they are. The sweetness was just right but the egg flavour did not overwhelm me, though I like how they didn't add too much batter so that the waffle was half hollow and didn't taste like cake. People who like egg waffles often look for ones which are crispy on the outside but soft and chewy on the inside. Despite that these egg waffles achieve that texture, they must have turned the temperature of the egg waffle pan very high in order to cook the outside of the waffle quickly to retain the moisture inside. This caused some to be burnt and hard to bite into as I got to the bottom of the bag.
