This place is right next door to another place that also serves beef brisket yet the lines almost always forms on this restaurant. There's a good reason why. The beef brisket here is soft and tender yet chewy in the right places. The broth served with the noodle is light yet flavorful. I like to add hot sauce to most of my soup noodles but did not feel the need to add anything to their broth. For around $30, this makes for a hearty and satisfying meal.
