Atmosphere is fine. Nice bar, reasonable selection.Staff are attentive and friendly.The food in some cases was ok and in others not so ok.Starters were egg plant pamregiana and Prawns diavola. They were ok. The tomato base in the egg plant was good. Could have done with a bit more egg plant and less mozzarella cheese. Atmosphere is fine. Nice bar, reasonable selection.Staff are attentive and friendly.The food in some cases was ok and in others not so ok.Starters were egg plant pamregiana and Prawns diavola. They were ok. The tomato base in the egg plant was good. Could have done with a bit more egg plant and less mozzarella cheese. The prawns cooked and topped in a spicy tomato based sauce on a layer of polenta were tasty but very small. The polenta was too soft and runny. A little firmer would have been better.The pastas dissapointed. The linguini vongole was under seasoned and was not tasty. Pasta was al dente but a touch under cooked.Buchatini Amatriciana showed promise but after the first bite I needed 10 bottles of Aqua Pana to deal with the salt. It was like the pasta was prepared on the salt plains. A basic mistake that ruined what could have been a good dish. Pitty. Pasta here was also a tad undercooked.Come on guys - small things, a little more attention in the kitchen and you might do better in OpenRice reviews.By the way the Navajas Spanish Rioja at HK$500 is a must try. Good wine with Italian.Now back to gulping liters of water.
