呢間食店近來人氣急升, 躍起得好快... 睇睇食評, 又可以平平地食乳豬, 又有咁多資深食評叫好... 都係早試有著數, 遲下排哂長龍就無謂啦..1st attempt, 訂八點, 但係九點都未俾到枱. 決定放棄, 去左容記(食燒肉). 今次醒目, 訂7點, 做頭輪. 黎到已經擺定位等我地, 真好... 一早諗定哂食乜... 叫左... 乳豬 (例牌) 燒冬菇 燒雞軟骨 鹵水雙拼 (鴨舌 + 豬手) 燒茄子 燒大眼雞 菜乾豬骨粥可能咁啱燒起, 乳豬先上場. 香脆乳豬皮, 肉醃得入味, 夾住薄薄嘅肥膏. 伴以乳豬醬, 黎到係必叫美食. 例牌份量其實都唔少, 我提議大家都係四,五個人叫個例牌都夠. 咁好食, 兩個人當然食得哂啦, 不過油膩野始終係小小地就夠.. 食得多反而太滯同食唔到其他美食.冬菇同雞軟骨跟住上. 我對燒菇期望不大, 因為除左自己有心機慢慢烤之外, 多數都係為求快手搞到又乾又燶. 今次果位燒烤人兄雖然得一個細爐(另一個壞左), 但係燒得好有耐性. 外面灑上調味料, 表面稍焦非常香口, 而內著水份鎖得住, 咬落去仲依然好多汁滲出黎. 例必anchor. 雞軟骨燒得亦剛好,

鹵水野都做得唔錯. 縱使淡口一d, 不過碟碟都係濃味野, 味道淡d 合我心意. 豬手皮爽肉滑, 件頭頗大, 不過切得一半半, 幾容易食. 鴨舌味道較重, 又爽口... 食完一隻又一隻.. 發覺燒下野食又有d 鹵水味緩和一下.. 令你嘅味覺均衡返哂...
我平時點都係叫烏頭多過大眼雞. 不過太多人讚, 冇法.. 就試你一試. 果然好味! 夾住香茅, 檸檬葉等等..東南亞風味.. 燒出黎的肉質又香又滑
. 不過我依然期待烏頭.. 如果製法一樣, 再加上烏頭獨有嘅黃油香味.. 可能更好味噃~

燒茄子又係抵食之作. 大大條, 亦毫不吝惜咁狂放蒜蓉葱同調味粉... 好香好正... 又係必叫.
豬骨粥當然係想有d 清淡少少嘅野落肚啦 (就好似鹵水野咁)... 不過粥就真係普通不過, 冇乜豬骨味, 更遑論菜乾香.. 不過.. 總算叫做有個有味粥作伴罷了..

p.s. 呢一餐
當然不枉此行. 有望下一次湊夠四五人, 再試其他推介美食
...
