雞 1kg
薯仔 2個
甘筍 半條
洋葱 1個
Seasoning
韓國辣椒醬 4-5茶匙
韓國辣椒粉 2茶匙
醬油 10茶匙
蒜蓉 1茶匙
糖稀 6茶匙
料酒 1茶匙
洋葱蓉 3茶匙
Method
1. 把鷄肉放進滾水內煮5分鐘
2. 把水倒掉,鷄塊用水洗掉雜質和水
3. 在鍋子裏面下油炒香蔬菜,再下鷄塊和調味料炒均匀
4. 落500-600ml水蓋起來煮到汁變少和濃稠後下葱花即成
Tips
1. 雞用不同部分都可以,連骨的比較好吃
2. 喜歡辣的可以加辣椒
