今晚終於同左LC buffet開光啦,黎個蟲草花蒸雞翼先!

二人家庭來說,用雞翼黎蒸其實會比較方便,一來可以預隻數,二來唔使買成隻或半隻雞返黎又食唔晒,最終又要儲落雪櫃準用。

蟲草花係好有益的,據說可以補肝腎,護肝,抗衰老,降血壓,提高機體免疫力.此湯對健忘,失眠人士亦有益處的,而且價錢平,大概$40已可以買到一大包足夠煮7-8餐用!

今次我會用LC既22吋buffet無水黎蒸煮呢個菜,雖說是無水蒸,但都要加1-2湯匙水落去蒸的,但亦因為LC有鎖水功能,所以少少水就能將食物蒸熟,加上鎖水,同時可以將材料原有的味道保留,鮮味倍增。

Ingredient and Portion
雞翼 10隻
蟲草花 大半個飯碗
薑 數片(蒸雞用)
薑 數片(汆水用)
Seasoning
蠔油 1湯匙
糖 1/2湯匙
浸過蟲草花的水 2湯匙
酒 1湯匙
生抽 1/2湯匙
老抽 1/2茶匙
麻油 1湯匙
粟粉 1湯匙
Method
1. 先將雞翼一開二,加薑汆水去雪味,大概見到無血水後,撈起沖凍水令其爽口,備用
2. 蟲草花清洗後,再用半碗水浸軟,浸過的水不要倒掉備用
3. 將所有調味料(除麻油和粟粉外)加到雞翼上拌均,最後加麻油,跟住再落粟粉封存醃料
4. 將雞翼放到LC buffet上平均地舖好,後加上已浸好的蟲草花和薑數片
5. 用浸過蟲草花的水加到煲中,加蓋後用中火蒸5分鐘(千萬不要大火,LC不受大火的),這時應該已有7-8成熟,然後熄火不要開蓋焗多3分鐘即成!
