Ingredient and Portion
果汁(任何味道 ) 135g
魚膠粉 30g
粟膠 1茶匙
檸檬汁 1茶匙
糖 3茶匙
Method
1. 先把可樂加魚膠粉放入可於微波爐加熱的大碗內拌勻(如用果汁可按口味加入糖)

2. 以微波爐加熱1分鐘

3. 加入粟膠和檸檬汁拌勻成可樂溶液

4. 之後倒入模內,放雪櫃上層冷藏約30分鐘至凝固,取出脫模即成
Tips
KL今次用上零系可樂代替果汁,沒有落糖;粟膠是粟米提煉而成的糖膠,黏性強,是做糖果或軟曲奇常用,在烘焙用品專門店有售;而模具 KL 則用上矽膠不黏材質的,如沒有用冰粒模也可以。
