青蘋果 一個
方包 一片
雞蛋 一隻
Seasoning
牛油 1湯匙
砂糖 2茶匙
水 1/2碗
玉桂粉 1茶匙
油 1湯匙
Method
1.先打雞蛋,把方包切成9件,然後方包沾上蛋汁,用鍋加油煎香至金黃色。
2.青蘋果去皮切粒,加入鍋中,加入牛油、水、砂糖和玉桂粉,煮3分鐘。
3.把已煎香的西多士放底層,舖上蘋果肉粒醬,再灑上少許玉桂粉,便完成。

1.可預備一個蘋果切花裝飾。
