味道有啲似brownie,唔係鬆軟嘅蛋糕而係濃味同口感較實。好啱送咖啡或茶。

Ingredient and Portion
(大約一個薄的8吋蛋糕)
有鹽牛油 80g
砂糖 110g
雞蛋 2隻
低筋麵粉 120g
朱古力磚 80g
可可粉 4茶匙
Method
1. 牛油解凍
2. 將糖放入牛油用叉攪拌
3. 放入熱溶的朱古力磚攪拌
4. 放入雞蛋繼續攪拌
5. 放入麵粉攪勻
6. 倒入錫紙兜,放入焗爐20分鐘
Tips
可放入喜歡的材料例如杏仁、合桃、無花果乾、紅梅乾等等。
