Ingredient and Portion
牛油 54克
啡糖 40克
砂糖 10克
蛋 50克
低筋粉 140克
泡打粉 1/2茶匙
梳打粉 1/4茶匙
樂家杏仁糖 120克
焦糖醬 120克
燕麥片 90克
Method
1. 牛油加啡糖及砂糖打至淺啡色。
2. 用電動打蛋機的慢速加蛋拌勻。
3. 加入焦糖醬拌勻。
4. 低筋粉、泡打粉及梳打粉篩過後加入牛油蛋糊內拌勻。
5. 最後加入燕麥片、已用攪拌機攪碎的樂家杏仁糖拌勻。
6. 用匙羮或唧袋將曲奇麵糊在焗盤上分成曲奇形狀,以攝氏170度焗20至25分鐘,出爐後放涼即成。
