雪梨 1個
枇杷 3個
枸杞 數粒
冰糖 適量
魚膠粉 按照糖水分量

魚膠粉比例
硬身: 每250毫升糖水用7克魚膠粉
軟身: 每500毫升糖水用7克魚膠粉
Method
1. 把雪梨去芯及去皮,皮留著切成塊狀
2. 把枇杷去皮、去核及去衣切成塊狀
3. 把雪梨倒入鍋中加水至蓋過雪梨
4. 加入枸杞
5. 大火煮至水滾
6. 水滾後,轉成小火煮十分鐘
7. 按照自己口味,加入冰糖
8. 用少許熱糖水把魚膠粉溶化
9. 把已凍的糖水加入
10. 放入雪箱至凝固
Tips
如果你唔想太甜或減緊肥,可以不加糖,因為水果原本都有果糖。
