南乳雞翼是一個簡單又出得廰堂既美味佳餚。

雞翼 18隻
南乳 1磚
花雕酒 1湯匙
麻油 少許
胡椒粉 少許
Method
1.將雞翼用鹽水浸解凍及去除雪味30分鐘
2.將所有調味料攪匀醃雞翼1晚
3.預先將牛油紙鋪落托盤上。再把雞翼放在牛油紙上(雞翼底向面)。
4.用200度焗30分鐘。再反轉雞翼焗30分鐘完成。
