Sunday Brunch with family...again.Last time we went to Whisk, excellent! And this time, decided to try Yamm, at the lobby, a bit cheaper so can't compare equally with Whisk.Brunch starts at 11:30am; sparkling wine Jacobs Creek (fruits flavours , soft), Bloody Mary and fruit juices were available. A chef manages the oyster corner, you can get 3 pcs each time (this arrangement is better than allowing customers to get the oysters by themselves, for hygiene and there are selfish customers everywhere
Last time we went to Whisk, excellent! And this time, decided to try Yamm, at the lobby, a bit cheaper so can't compare equally with Whisk.

A chef manages the oyster corner, you can get 3 pcs each time (this arrangement is better than allowing customers to get the oysters by themselves, for hygiene and there are selfish customers everywhere, take a lot but can't finish). Australian oysters, fresh and sweet
Parma ham, salami, smoked salmon and various types of cheeses are my favorites, goat cheese and at least 8 types of cheeses available, yummy
There is a sashimi and sushi bar, salmon, tuna, squid, rolls, etc are available. Salad table is not very attractive, but bread &pastries are very good. Even though I'm not a big fan of bread, I like the mini croissant.
Ordered an omlette, it took rather long time because many people ordered that...disappointed, because it's over-cooked.
Deep fried fish skin is not bad, and dim sum xiao long bao, very cute presentation but not that tasty because the skin was too thick.
Overall, appetizers and sparkling are always stars of buffet brunch.
The seating area is more spacious than Whisk, but more families with kids, so rather noisy.
