20% off on the whole bill on birthday. a free cake too. we book about 1 week ago with a corner seats as we have 2 baby trolly to go there. the seats are nice. there are a lot of variety of food. but there are too few sushi, no pizza, no coffee icecream. the brand is hagezze. i also like the tofu dessert. the chinese coconut soup smell good but too oily. the indian cook which responsbile for the curry section is very polite. keep introduce staff to me. however there are too few waiters. need to raise our hands to ask them to pick up used plate all the time. no spoon at icecream for a long time. when we tell the staff, he just ask us tell the waiter. but i can only see 5 waiters for the whole cafe kool. a 5 stars hotel's service is like this. i feel very disappointing. even you want to save money, but sunday dinner time? hope your managment can read what i type.when we pay the bill, the man manager is impolite when we ask him something. but kowloon shangri la hotel still my best hotel in this world due to 1.the smell of the hotel once i enter the lobby 2. the number of female toilets 3.the cleaniness of the toilet.4. free valent parking i want to suggest to add a toilet bowl disinfect lotion in each toilet. hand sensor flushing water. this will be great. i was so happy tonight except when i meet a fat white male forigener. he stand in the middle of the entrance in front of the washroom. i go to female washroom with my elderly friend. i dont expect his tummy is so huge that my right arm touch him. he is so rude and said "EXCUSE YOU" at once. then i apologize and said "sorry" at once. but he keep looking at me and so angry. there are so many sofa at the entrance. i dont get why he like to stand there wait for his wife. he is blocking the road. and he should lose weight. if so, i wont touch his big tummy which should be more then 60 inches. what a fat mean ghost pig. hope i wont see him anymore in kowloon shangri la hotel. as i will visit this hotel again very soon
