To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. After exhitbition we four people went there for a early dinner. Well the service was completely not good. The waitress knows nothing about the turkish food. The turkish boss seems showing himself as a boss standing and not helping at all.About the food, it is very hong kong style. Nothing taste like turkish. (I have benn in turkey) Expensive and cheap materials. Food are very oily aswell. By the way, i can't believe they sales alcohol as they got the halal license. My arab customers are not sati

I suggest all people not to go there. It's not worthy to try. Seriously. If you want to have a better kebab, i suggest you to go to Ebeneerzer. So much better!!
