To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. I went to all the Tim Ho Wan branches for lucnh/dinner recently and i found that this shop is the cheapest one among all. It is not close to Shum Shui Po MTR station and i took 10-15 minutes walk. Beef Ball $16I love the beef ball from this shop. It is soft and can feel the meat flavor. Ususlly the beef ball from most of the dim sum shops are not soft enough because they mix the meat with lots of corn flour powder so they can use less meat and cut the cost.  This is my favourite dish and must order it if you come. Bun is very hot and a bit sweet. Cha siu is very juicy and with perfect amount of sweetness.

 This is new product and i dont really like it. The outer part is not crispy and a bit dry. The meat inside is with the same texture of beef ball. I think it's too soft and not good to put in the dumpling.
