I ordered an almond tea for dessert and it was sour (gone bad). Pretty surprised that this happens. The manager offered me a red bean soup instead. We were still fully charged for things that wasn’t what we wanted, but I couldn’t even be bothered to ask given their lack of attempt at customer service.Last time I was there, we waited 45 minutes for our order (for 2 persons only). Last time I was there, we waited 45 minutes for our order (for 2 persons only). We followed up 3 times or more and still didn’t arrive, so we ended up leaving. I think there’s a certain level of complacency purely for its location. Pretty disappointed.
Probably have to remind myself to never go again.
