It is very crowded with just 2 staff and a (seems to be) manager sometimes. Service was poor. No one would serve you, you need to get your own menu and tea, and wait forever.The customers next to us facepalmed and felt very ridiculous too... The food is under quality and overpriced. these are only ok, not too bad, but the facial features and ribbons taste like plastic. Bear in mind, do not order this one 🤦🏻‍♀️👇🏼👇🏼The place was not easy to locate... The experience is definitely horrible for many

The place was not easy to locate...
The experience is definitely horrible for many girls and especially kitty fans with expectation, especially in summer.
