To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日放假 去完上環睇醫生之後係附近見到好多人排緊隊作為香港人 緊係唔輸蝕即刻排埋一份排隊途中 先發現原來呢間餐廳係上環新開係勇記既第二分店（第一間店係紅磡）口碑都十分唔錯雖然店舖唔大 座位比較逼但今日大約排左15分鐘左右就有位今次就叫左一個海南雞飯 配有一碗椰子湯 同 泰式辣醬(椰子湯送完即止架，送完會改送花茶）個飯賣相OK 雞都幾嫩滑 份量正常但油飯偏乾 唔夠香泰式醬汁不過不失 比一般既辣dd整體黎講 係上環比$66 食呢個飯都OK雖然要排隊就未必會再食了
