I bought one for my sister in law who always make cake at home and prepare for all our family gathering. The box design is beautiful and the box quality is nice. Sure this is come from Japan.After we opened the box, the cake looked like a moon and have a good smell. Since it is fozen, it's hard to cut. But after half hour, the cheese became soft and we tasted it. It was sooooo good and I couldn't tell the different between Hong Kong and Hokkaido one. I like the original taste as you can taste th

It was sooooo good and I couldn't tell the different between Hong Kong and Hokkaido one. I like the original taste as you can taste the cheese better though chocolate is my favorite.
This cake must be very time-consuming as top and bottom layer are different favor. Again, very lovely and we have bought another one for our March birthday party. Can't miss it.
