To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 家人逢農曆初一/十五茹素,, 中秋正日晚上來了大坑尋食~大口太熱,, 我們被安排坐正門口邊的坐位,, 熱得很~三人點了三個餐,, 過百價錢套餐份量很少,,  雖然沒有加工素製品,,,, 但烹調手法帶不出食物鮮味還感覺稀淡, 像沒有調味沒下盬般。可能因此令食材"青草"味很強烈,不是太岩本人口味~唔知係因為節日晚上先貴啲,還是本身已是這樣的價錢... 如果以這個價錢來說,環境坐位及食物質素這樣實在不太化算哩....最有味道已經是這個茄茸為汁底的飯~
