After a long day at school we girls tried to go for dinner at a pretty unusual place- bar. We're not exactly the kind of people who hit the bars at lkf every weekend, (more like once a year lol) BUT somehow, on that usual mundane tuesday, we decided to do things a little different.
Explored wan chai a lil and found out this bar and restaurant in a commercial building. There were two floors, so we pressed the one on the upper floor. At around 7 pm, the place was quite empty, I guess it was quite early for drinks. The place was spacious and comfortable. Large enuf to place 3-4 dart machine, 2-3 snooker table, several huge tv screens playing varieties of shows- soccer, basketball etc. This place didnt look shady at all! I felt safe being there even tho we were the only lady customers there.

The waiter kindly offered us the menu, and told us about the happy hour deal! $128 dollars for 3 snacks, which otherwise would cost about 70-80 each. There were 10+ choices to choose from, and snacks werent really just snacks. Pizza was also on the list! For drinks, it is buy one get one free during happy hour, which lasted until 8:30pm. My experience with other bar and restaurant was that the happy hour was usually very short, but this one lasted until 8:30 so it was a good choice for peeps who would want dinner and drink at the same time! awesome!

For $128 combo, we ordered Fried Squid tentacles, Hawaiian pizza and Japanese style deep fried oster. We also ordered mushroom cream pasta with truffle.
For drinks, we ordered cocktails- Yellow Submarine and Blue Hawaiian.

FOOD:
Fried Squid tentacles (8.5/10)
YUM!  My fav snack of the night! Freshly fried squid tentacles thats cripsy on the outside and chewy on the inside. A little drawback was that it was oily and I would prefer the cripsy skin to be dry. Suggest drying the tentacles with kitchen towels before served

Hawaiian pizza (7/10)
Not a big fan of pizza but one this surprised me with lots of cheese (YUM!) However, i would prefer a thinner crust! Nevertheless, a good choice to fill up hungry tummies!
Japanese style deep fried oster (7/10)
Huge fried oster OvO!! This time, the oster was nicely dried before served, so I didnt feel as guilty when I savored this hehe. The oster didnt taste fishy at all! Lovely treat

Mushroom cream pasta with truffle sauce (7.5/10)
Personally loved the mushroom and truffle combination. (they can never go wrong together). A little suggestion for this dish was to reduce the amount of cream for a lighter delight! : )

Drinks:
"Yellow Submarine" (9/10) with Advocast, peach liq, orange juice and 7 up
Perfect easy drink for the ladies, a well balanced combi of sweet and sour. Refreshing yet still able to taste the liquor :3
"Blue hawaiian" (7/10) with Bacardi Rum, Blue curacao, pineapple juice and coconut cream
Drawn to the name of the drink... who doesn't want a little bit of hawaii in their boring everyday life eh? This drink had a icy minty blue color and a pineapple pinned to the side of the glass. The pineapple was definitely the high light of the drink.. super sweeeet and fresh! love it! However I still prefer yellow submarine for the refreshing taste!
Overall, my friends and I had an amazing time at this restaurant. I found this place safe, very clean, and food was great for bar and restaurant! I would highly recommend it for any kind of celebration or a place to hangout after work. Great place, low price, good food quality and kind, helpful staff. what more to ask for?
I've attached some photos of the restaurant, food and the price for entertainment and facilities for your reference. sorry for the poor quality
but I do hope you find them helpful : )
Cheers!
