Fassone碎牛肉應該用了香料、香醋及橄欖油撈, 牛肉口感十分嫩滑, 完全冇生肉的血腥味道, 用來夾麵包食good, 但净食更加好食, 若然你想牛肉味道更添層次, 可以加少許附上的檸檬汁/香草汁/蒜油/辣醬, 包你食過返尋味

食意大利餐廳, 意粉係我必叫必試的食品之一, 意粉煮法正宗, 富麥香又有咬口的意粉我最like, 加上佢哋自家制的九層塔、芝士、橄欖油、蕃茄及肉碎醬, 意粉醬酸香及肉香兼備, 意粉煙韌, 再加點芝士碎, 香而不膩, 食味及口感都很不錯。

今晚打算吃牛, 便叫了這杯紅酒配紅肉,  Chiostro 唔 dry, 也不苦澀, 果酸較强, 啱曬配紅肉, 紅肉嘅肉汁令红酒入口冇咁酸, 令呢杯红酒變得更順滑可親。
