I tried the Classic Vietnamese, which contains pate, Vietnamese salami and roast pork, along with the standard daikon, carrot, cucumber fillings. The sandwich was a good size and would make a filling lunch. The baguette was nicely crispy, having just been heated in the oven and the fillings were appropriate for the sandwich. I think the banh mi at TIm Kee in Jordan are better, but Bun Me is a good alternative for those not willing to make a trek out to the dark side.

I wasn't that hungry this time, but next time I'll try the Combo #2 with a drink and spring rolls or chicken salad, which is a very good deal.

Note: All the sandwiches are made-to-order, so if there are a few people in front of you, your order may take a few minutes, but it's well worth the wait! If you're in a hurry and there are already a number of people waiting, you might want to try somewhere else.
