今日成班同學聚舊,班麻甩話要食好食日本放題,我依個肥佬咪一齊顛吓啦!打開《xx男女》話依間好介紹,咪試吓囉!原來依間小店喺山林道已經有好多年歷史,主打新鮮食材!主打菜式包括《6吋特大甘海老》、《日本油甘魚》同《北海道帶子》!食得放題咁緊喺乜都試吓,但依三種主打一定有試!《6吋特大甘海老》真喺超大隻,同我的手差唔多大!而且肉質彈牙,非常新鮮!而且差唔多每隻都好多糕!食落真喺啖啖肉,又爽口!《日本油甘魚》同《北海道帶子》冇個別影到相,但食落都喺有種好新鮮,肉質彈牙!食到食材嘅原味!完全打破對日本放題平的觀念!其實今晚真喺食咗好多嘢,真係數都數唔哂,而且好嘢叫咗好幾次!有啲重點欣賞喺佢哋嘅燒物,即叫即做,而且每件都用心製作,每次加咗少許海鹽吊味!燒物當中我自己最欣賞喺《鹽燒雞翼》、《鹽燒海蝦》同《羊鞍》!如果鍾意食羊嘅朋友,一定要試吓!火鍋方面,我自己最欣賞喺《特選肥牛》同《日本黑豚肉》,依到嘅肥牛雖然同其他火鍋店嘅本地肥牛,口感同味道都頗唔同!但血味冇咁重,食落唔覺得上火!打邊爐真喺好少叫豬肉,一來印象會太肥,攪到成煲油,二來太難咬!但依到嘅《日本黑豚肉》,切得好薄,容易煮熟,而且唔會太肥

其實今晚真喺食咗好多嘢,真係數都數唔哂,而且好嘢叫咗好幾次!有啲重點欣賞喺佢哋嘅燒物,即叫即做,而且每件都用心製作,每次加咗少許海鹽吊味!燒物當中我自己最欣賞喺《鹽燒雞翼》、《鹽燒海蝦》同《羊鞍》!如果鍾意食羊嘅朋友,一定要試吓!

火鍋方面,我自己最欣賞喺《特選肥牛》同《日本黑豚肉》,依到嘅肥牛雖然同其他火鍋店嘅本地肥牛,口感同味道都頗唔同!但血味冇咁重,食落唔覺得上火!打邊爐真喺好少叫豬肉,一來印象會太肥,攪到成煲油,二來太難咬!但依到嘅《日本黑豚肉》,切得好薄,容易煮熟,而且唔會太肥!肉質彈牙!

天婦羅方面,我自己最欣賞喺《蟹腳天婦羅》同《炸蠔天婦羅》真喺炸得啱啱好,真喺做外脆內軟!而且《炸蠔天婦羅》真喺可以蠔裏面嘅肉汁同海水!可見師傅功藝到家, 天婦羅醬又打得啱啱,先可以做到咁正宗咁好食嘅效果!

飲品方面,可以提供到依隻烏龍茶真喺幾開心,因為食得太飽,飲返啖茶,感覺即刻冇咁油膩!

其實食放題最怕喺食到成枱垃圾冇人執,但依到嘅服務態度非常好,執嘢嘅姐姐同靚仔每次行過都一定幫我哋清一清枱面!依到真喺超貼心!

其實依家做放題,都要有一兩道主打食材,而且整體服務同出品都要高質素先可以脫穎而出!
