公利真料竹蔗水是一家傳統的中草藥茶鋪，成立於1948年，至今已有70多年的歷史。他們以甘蔗汁而聞名，百分百使用香港產的甘蔗。與其他中草藥茶鋪不同，不僅僅是簡單的冷壓，他們的製作方法稍微複雜，需要特殊處理。除了蔗汁之外，他們其他中草藥茶（如鷄骨草茶、五花茶、火麻仁、酸梅湯、廿四味、羅漢果水）都是本地釀造的。
