係荃灣打完機。九點幾餐廳又好似就閂咁。見OR呢到十點後有八折。就唔諗炸炸臨上黎開餐。𨋢門一打開好似去左果啲空內war game 場咁。又幾比心機裝修。最頂癮係枝豬腩肉旗。被安排係窗邊位置。望住夜景咁食。先黎係一人一個部隊食堂盤。裝住泡菜呀洋蔥呀仲有個冷豆腐。等一路食啲熱氣野可以一路降下溫。叫左好多野食放都放唔落。有折嗎LOL。先黎五花腩。原味同醃肉都要。仲有豬腸同唔可以唔食既豬皮。一定要超級無敵十級勁讚呢到既SERVICE!!!呀YUN小姐係由點菜到燒烤到換板到拎汽水咁全程支援!由其係燒到啲五花腩外脆內juicy 。豬皮軟透而冇燶。仲一黑就換板。大力表揚呀!五花腩厚切件上。燒到外面熟就剪開燒。直到四面微焦。原味食出肉既油香同甜味。而醃過既就有少少辣同甜味。味道更加有層次。豬皮同豬腸都係考耐心既食物。要烘到啲油分出曬黎又唔好燶。豬腸油香必然夠啦。可惜未有真露。唔係一定仲過癮。豬皮透身之後外面微脆。咬落少許黏牙。一路咬一路會有種甜味散發出黎。牛肉當然唔少得。牛脷同胸叉肉都係受火後爽身有咬口。同啲牛味係口入面擴散。胸叉肉就油份重啲。牛脷就肉味濃啲。要肉汁啦喎。當然要雪花牛肉啦。雲石紋未算完美

要肉汁啦喎。當然要雪花牛肉啦。雲石紋未算完美但係呢個價位就好抵!燒到外面轉色就OK!夾埋啲洋蔥放入口。肉汁噴射!

仲有叫左個烤韓鰻。原來要放邊位慢燒。燒到啲肉又透明變白色之後就加醬汁。到吸收埋啲汁最將皮面快速係中間猛火位燒兩野。皮脆肉彈既鰻魚就食得啦。鰻魚既鮮味好出。同時亦都好濃郁。但係真係要員工既技術。
