天氣開始轉涼,我哋一行三人見到我煲仔飯,就試吓!我哋柯打咗2個煲仔飯,2個小菜同可跟飯加錢加咗2個燉湯!燉湯:1)杏汁菜膽白肺湯我出街一定點豬肺湯,因為難處理,屋企唔會煲,個湯好清潤,有3-4舊豬肺,沒有油膩感2)雪梨川貝燉豬𦟌相對沒有豬肺湯咁吸引,但都清甜滋潤,用料十足!煲仔飯:1)臘味雙腸飯用料多到有D誇張,有一孖臘腸加一孖潤腸加臘肉,食臘味飯最好味係靠蒸完臘味嘅油香配合煲得乾身嘅飯,依度絕對做到!2)蝦醬豬頸肉飯蝦醬醃到豬頸肉好入味,但肉質好韌,較失色,但豆卜加分小菜:1)一口脆皮豆腐炸得外脆內軟,值得一試2)蒜茸粉絲金菇蒸鮮魷菜式特別,有炸蒜茸為主要調味,蒜香撲鼻,口感豐富,但略為油膩最為推介係白肺湯加臘味飯!

用料多到有D誇張,有一孖臘腸加一孖潤腸加臘肉,食臘味飯最好味係靠蒸完臘味嘅油香配合煲得乾身嘅飯,依度絕對做到!

2)蝦醬豬頸肉飯
蝦醬醃到豬頸肉好入味,但肉質好韌,較失色,但豆卜加分


小菜:
1)一口脆皮豆腐
炸得外脆內軟,值得一試

2)蒜茸粉絲金菇蒸鮮魷
菜式特別,有炸蒜茸為主要調味,蒜香撲鼻,口感豐富,但略為油膩

最為推介係白肺湯加臘味飯!
