餐廳若在7時半前結帳會有8折優惠,但由於火鍋在我心中是要慢嚐的菜餚,所以這優惠用不上。先吃那小辣的雞煲,醬汁是不錯的,可惜那半只雪雞完全沒有鮮味,真的說不上是招牌菜。。。反之,其他火鍋菜式欲好得多,那豬肋肉就如同厚切五花腩,油花足肉味濃,一大碟只要$68雪花肥牛很新鮮,灼個十多秒便能吃,推薦鴨紅只有爽口感但欠缺些應有的味道,可放棄~吃了滿鍋的肥肉,記得加過蔬菜來個平衡~~若下次再來,還是不要吃雞煲,來過普通湯底已足夠了。
