Ciao Chow Weekend Buffet Brunch🍕🍽🥂@ciaochow.hk 繼Porterhouse後LKF group旗下的另一間意大利餐廳,位處於蘭柱芳轉角,餐廳設計摩登時尚加上燈光昏暗,氣氛不錯。餐廳主打Pizza & Pasta,但週末推出的Weekend Buffet Brunch無論海鮮、肉類、pizza、pasta、salad、dessert、以至coffee & cocktail的種類選擇相當多,而且質素也不錯。即使Appetizer已有數十款選擇,各式各樣的特色意大利沙律🥗、cold cuts & cheeses,選擇比酒店自助餐更豐富而且質素亦比之高。肉類選擇亦不少,會不斷轉換,特別推薦牛跟羊架,肉質鮮嫩juicy,羊架羊騷味不重,油脂均勻;海鮮選擇相對較少,但龍蝦🦞跟蝦均鮮甜爽口;Pizza跟pasta則要向店員點餐,我們選了Margerita,開放式廚房能看到廚師以石窖爐即場烤製新鮮熱辣的Pizza,餅皮較薄,外脆內韌,拿坡里薄餅的特色;而Pasta則選擇了Fusilli with Mushrooms & Cream sauce,味道濃郁,螺絲

即使Appetizer已有數十款選擇,各式各樣的特色意大利沙律🥗、cold cuts & cheeses,選擇比酒店自助餐更豐富而且質素亦比之高。肉類選擇亦不少,會不斷轉換,特別推薦牛跟羊架,肉質鮮嫩juicy,羊架羊騷味不重,油脂均勻;海鮮選擇相對較少,但龍蝦🦞跟蝦均鮮甜爽口;Pizza跟pasta則要向店員點餐,我們選了Margerita,開放式廚房能看到廚師以石窖爐即場烤製新鮮熱辣的Pizza,餅皮較薄,外脆內韌,拿坡里薄餅的特色;而Pasta則選擇了Fusilli with Mushrooms & Cream sauce,味道濃郁,螺絲粉口感Q彈相當入味;最後當然不能錯過的dessert time,Tiramisu口感幼滑,蛋香濃郁伴隨Mascarpone cheese的香甜,但咖啡跟酒香稍弱;不喜好紅蘿蔔🥕偏好白蘿蔔的我首嘗Carrot cake,原來也不錯,口感綿密濕潤,味道香甜卻不帶我害怕的青草味;而咖啡跟cocktail均正常發揮。


服務員態度友善,主動熱情,從入座時細心地介紹餐牌到上餐點時也會細心地提醒用餐的次序,絕對值得一讚。無論是環境、食物、用餐氣氛跟服務都相當好,適合跟親朋好友聚會慶生,性價比高。
