踏入11月終於可以瘋狂打邊爐啦❤️Book mark咗呢間火鍋隨意門呢晚同朋友去咗食😚花膠雞湯鍋黎到呢度梗係要食招牌嘅花膠雞啦🤩雞件用咗黃油雞，雞油香十足☺️雞髀嫩滑就一定啦，就連雞胸都夠晒滑啊！花膠滑嘟嘟，充滿骨膠原，重點係份量超多！蘋果木煙燻手切牛頸脊(細)油花紋理平均嘅牛頸脊，牛肉味濃郁🤤每塊都厚切食落勁滿足🥰黃金雙拼炒到起晒沙嘅鹹蛋黃炸魚皮同鹹蛋黃炸響鈴💕夠晒邪惡，但超好味😈餃子拼盤有五款手工餃子，每件兩粒！分別係菇菌味爆濃郁嘅白松露野菌豬肉餃🍄真係食到一絲絲蟹肉嘅黑松露蟹肉餃🤤蟹膏鮮味十足蟹皇豚肉餃🦀原隻大蝦嘅足料鮮蝦雲吞🍤同我最愛嘅韭菜豬肉餃🤓豐盛蔬菜拼盤裏面有娃娃菜、油麥菜、生菜🌿仲有南瓜、白蘿蔔、蕃茄等等…全部都好新鮮，味道又清甜❣️蜂蜜菊花烏龍茶鍾意打邊爐又怕熱氣一定要飲呢個！超爽！火鍋隨意門 (銅鑼灣)銅鑼灣堅拿道西10號冠景樓1樓A室
