又到農曆新年!慶祝佳節,當然要同成班朋友食餐好嘅! 今日行開銅鑼灣, 上openrice睇下有咩一大班朋友可以圍埋一餐好餸嘅地方, 見到好多人推介忠記, 決定一於嚟試下佢哋嘅手藝。七點幾上到去好多人已經食緊羊腩煲 同埋其他小菜, 室內仲暖笠笠好溫暖, 我哋一行五人搵咗張圓枱坐低,決定一齊過一個肥年,食盆菜宴🙌🙌話咁快前菜已經上臺, 已經聞到陣陣酒香, 呢個四醉拼分別有木耳、露筍、鴨舌 、豬手及滑雞。個人最鍾意鴨舌, 鴨舌厚肉,完全滲透酒香,加埋杞子作調味,香味有層次。每件雞件已經去骨, 可見餐廳的細心💕呢啲得番個位數字溫度嘅日子...唔飲湯係生存唔到嘅, 這壺熱辣辣嘅燉湯完全係雪中送炭✨✨燉湯清澈, 味道豐富, 經過多個小時用各種貴價材料淆成, 每人一壺燉湯,碗碗材料多到滿瀉, 有大隻花菇、猴頭菇、花膠、乳鴿肉、雞絲等等, 淡淡都係肉嘅鮮甜。跟住就到全晚重點.. 至尊鮑魚虎蝦帶子盆菜索曬汁嘅鮑魚煮得好淋, 成隻南非鮑魚放落口啖啖肉, 係幸福溫暖嘅感覺!刺身級嘅帶子仍未熟透, 半生熟嘅狀態係享受鮮味同嫩滑口感嘅最佳時機, 大大粒 帶子放咗喺盆菜最頂層, 記得唔好煮熟佢 ,第一時間食咗先!

再嚟多個臘味飯! 好欣賞呢度嘅臘腸肥瘦適中, 令到糯米唔會太油膩,啖啖肉之餘又油香, 一改我對油淋淋臘味飯嘅負面睇法。
