To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

終於食到蛋包飯～

一直都好想食蛋包飯，唔係嗰啲蛋皮乾爭爭嘅，係真係有滑蛋蛋汁嗰隻。今日終於食到！ 上網搵「蛋包飯」，呢一間都名列前茅，今日終於去朝聖。名為貓之眼，取其意係中間有鮮黃色嘅蛋包飯，而兩邊就有唔同嘅配料。 我同友人平日1點就到，店前已經有一條人龍，可見係區內都名氣不錯。患有選擇困難症嘅我，又想食咖喱豬肉，又想食濃茄牛肉，又想食燴牛肉汁，又想食和牛漢堡。一路等位，一路苦惱着，直至到店員話已經買晒和牛漢堡。最後決定食咖喱豬肉加燴牛肉汁蛋包飯。蛋包飯果然一流，就算只係蛋包飯都已經夠我食足成碗飯。咖喱豬肉正常發揮，日式咖喱甜甜地配以紅蘿蔔。至於牛肉汁就真係麻麻哋，有啲鹹，太濃味。相信如果食濃茄牛肉應該會好啲，因為咖喱本身已經算濃味，配清新啲嘅蕃茄成餐飯會平衡啲。下次有機會真係要早啲嚟試吓和牛漢堡。
