中秋做節同同事諗住試下呢間有米芝蓮推介過幾年既酒樓,一早訂定位去到就唔洗等。🔅招牌古法鹽焗雞(全隻) ($390)同事們一致覺得似炸子雞多啲😂,但味道普通,雞都唔夠滑。🔅馳名菠蘿生炒骨 ($128)生炒骨都算唔錯,啲汁都撈得好均勻,唔會太酸,外層都唔會淋完汁變到腍左。🔅鮮雜菌乾燒豆腐 ($128)估唔到最好食係呢個😂,豆腐同菇都好入味,豆腐都幾滑,雖然好普通但最出色。🔅香芋炆排骨 ($69)芋頭應該有煎過先去炆,所以口感唔錯,排骨都唔韌幾入味。🔅椒鹽鮮魷 ($128)鮮魷都炸得唔錯,但唔太食到椒鹽味。🔅咸魚雞粒炒飯 ($90)炒飯一般,雖然炒得乾身但唔夠香,雞粒無咩味。💬茶芥每人$12,每人大約$160。Overall就一般般,可能係我地叫既野麻麻🤣,叫少隻雞就好似抵食啲。普通叫一個午市特價小菜都係每款$69,仲送埋湯都唔錯,不過menu應該久唔久會轉,都有新意。*菜名同價錢只供參考😬。部份憑記憶同上網搵番,希望無錯😝。
