銅鑼灣從來是美食集中地,中、西、日、韓、泰,想食乜緊有一間係左近。今日同阿仔出咗銅同銅鑼灣,到九點零有點肚餓,於是搵地方食野。好耐冇食泰國菜,同阿仔見到呢間主打串燒嘅泰國餐廳。餐廳位於銅鑼灣駱克道,地鐵站C出口就會見到,位置十分當眼,方便易搵,一於就試下佢不同於一般傳統泰國餐廳,以半自助方式,先於門口收銀位置點菜及付款,然後就可以選擇座位等候店員送餐。串燒有十五款供選擇,而串燒醬汁亦有七款之多,有辣有唔辣。今次選了雞皮、菠蘿、豬頸肉及白鱔。本人尤其喜歡白鱔,肉爽肥美,配上芫茜酸辣醬,味道獨突惹味。個人推介必食「泰式去骨海南雞飯」,分量十足,油飯軟硬適中,油香味十足。去骨雞肉啖啖肉,雞肉很嫩滑,伴菜有白烚椰菜。整體味道及賣相都要给讃。另外推介「泰式酸辣豬頸肉沙律」,微酸偏辣,配上各式新鮮香菜,十分開胃醒神。仲有很多炭燒豬頸肉,入有炭香肉質爽口。鍾意食辣朋友仔一定要試。
