秋風起, 本來想去打邊爐......但最近香港興起蒸氣石鍋就自然想食下新野來到就見到一個個好似漁夫帽咁的蓋係個石鍋上面而最近佢地有一個任食套餐...HKD 338我點選左<新鮮排骨粥>和一D 海鮮先, 待應就開落料海鮮就開始送來, 睇落幾新鮮<貝殼盛盒>幾大隻<生猛龍蝦>新鮮而且加了蒜蓉<大元貝>和<本地鮮魷魚>新鮮, 而且同樣加左粉絲和蒜蓉待應放低計器開始逐款蒸...而我就去左擇野飲~~~同時間....待應又拿了燉湯來...我要的燉湯係<姬崧茸燉螺肉>湯雖然唔算話好濃郁, 但都算幾足料....而且無味精, 都算幾好飲~~任食送的<脆皮乳鴿>脆皮乳鴿真係好脆皮, 而且肉質唔乾....好味而海鮮開始蒸好啦貝殼好鮮甜~~~隻隻打開都有水係入面....勁鮮甜~~龍蝦肉好彈牙, 加上香香的蒜蓉...半隻有D唔夠喉 XDD海中蝦唔錯.....但都係龍蝦肉正D~~~第一次食蒸...北寄貝...好鮮甜同爽口 鮮魷魚都好爽口...一D 都唔UN..蒸得剛好大元貝......配上粉絲蒜蓉真係絕

手切和牛粒: 待應快蒸...7成熟....口感軟熟極好

估唔蒸牛肉會有咁好的較果...而且食到牛的原味

呢個排骨粥把頭先所有的海鮮同牛肉的精華都跌入粥裹....味道超濃郁
不過可能我地食太多的牛肉.....面頭比較多油......

但整體都唔錯
Other Info. : 秋風起, 特別想同朋友一齊打邊爐....但打邊爐可能幾熱氣.....而蒸氣石鍋一D都唔覺得熱氣...而且食到食物原味... 真係唔錯....冬天可以多食幾次!!!
