有7款刺身, 其中3款為餐廳是日直送鮮魚。呢碟北海道海膽味道冇咁腥, 另有鮮甜肥美嘅牡丹蝦、厚切鮮甜帆立貝、含豐富魚油嘅拖羅。是日直送鮮魚就有油甘魚、金目鯛同埋立魚, 質素反而較普通。
