全港首間炭火燒毀店,剩係聽呢句已經夠我即時衝去食返餐了。所以今日收工即刻約朋友過黎旺角燒飽佢。柞木炭家位於T.O.P嘅頂層,環境以韓國嘅韓屋為主題,營造韓國鄰舍嘅感覺。前菜係常見嘅泡菜/腌青瓜/蘿蔔及三款醬料。依度嘅泡菜係原棵白菜腌製,所以食時要自已剪開咁樣更方便。味道都比一般嘅濃因為白菜腌嘅時候無切開,所以水份無流失得咁多。食時更爽脆同甘甜。其中一個腌蓮藕好好食,入口甜甜的又爽脆與泡菜不遑多讓。因為炭火燒嘅關係,一坐低店員就將裝有柞木炭嘅火爐送上並開火點燃。睇住柞木炭慢慢燒熱,發出陣陣炭火味已經令人急不及待。揀左個牛舌三味:分別係橫切/直切及厚切。圓片及長片牛舌好快就燒熟,沾上少少岩鹽就已經好好食了。而厚切牛舌店家就細心地係表面鎅上網格,令牛舌容易啲熟。厚切牛舌好有咬口肉味都夠。同樣只需沾上少少岩鹽作調味已然足夠。都係嗰句:靚嘅牛肉唔需咁多花巧野。雪濃湯:湯飯材料有:蘿蔔絲/豆芽菜/菠菜/冬菇絲及青瓜絲等,上面再鋪上大大片韓牛薄切。食時只要慢慢將滾燙嘅牛骨高湯澆淋落去,令韓牛肉變得半熟就大功告成。牛骨湯飲落清爽,濃郁牛味又唔會過咸。將所有牛骨湯及配料攪拌均勻後味道更多變化。米飯用上珍

加上柞木炭正好係耐燒得黎,温度穩定所以唔識煮野食嘅朋友都可以容易地掌握火候嘅調節。而且燒左一晚都無需換加炭就知柞木炭嘅威力。

食燒烤其實幾啱飲返杯,但友人酒量尚淺就點左杯青檸梳打。入口微酸及冰凍,解熱同解辣都非常不錯。用黎抵消炭火熱力唔錯選擇。

依度算係旺角區中,旺中帶靜嘅地方。加上商場屬於新開幕無耐仲有好多地方有待發掘。如果週未黎到,真係啱同三五知己飲返杯,燒返晚再逛街。
