從同事口中得知, 近鵝頸橋一間樓上舖餐廳, 以懷舊做主題嘅火鍋店, 岩哂打卡。趁住放假同丫姨Shopping, 順道去打個邊爐先歸家。餐廳門外左右掛上霓虹燈做佈置, 從外至內都散發著港式懷舊風。就連碗碟都用上70,80年代嘅款式, 令丫姨都不禁想當年。醬油供自由混醬, $18/位 湯底款式, 就揀咗---【火焰醉雞煲(半隻)】HK$178 (自選小辣)雞煲汁料當然要再加上一D吸味火鍋配料先最perfect, 所以額外加咗枝竹同埋豆卜 (各HK$38)雞煲內嘅雞件已預先熟至7成左右再上檯, 而枝竹同埋豆卜已經mix埋入雞煲中, 上檯預熱後, 店員加上酒再點火, 又另一視察享受。店員協助將所有配料、汁醬撈至平均, 雞件不會過熟而柴, 細味有香純酒香, 鹹香惹味, 夾集莞茜食更加香口; 枝竹沾上汁醬味道不錯, 不過豆卜吸太多汁而有點過鹹。食完雞煲再加入清湯打邊爐, 【牛胸爽】HK$88每片均為薄切, 同平時食嘅唔同, 焯熟後, 牛胸爽不是爽脆, 而是偏林。【黑松露墨魚滑】HK$98墨魚滑偏林身好滑, 細味有黑松露味, 黑松露比墨魚味更為突出。【鯇魚骨腩】HK$88鯇魚骨腩唔爽, 魚質偏林,

先有懷舊啫喱杯配一把小小紙傘, 呢個甜品亦係我童年回憶, 芒果味啫喱加花奶, 正!

然後就係錦鯉魚狀嘅糯米, 放入食完火鍋嘅熱辣辣湯底中待至軟糯林身, 再由店員協助將糯米剪件, 加上花生砂糖粒, 製作成糖不甩, 亦係一款超好味嘅懷舊甜品
