To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

媽媽一直很想吃泰國咖哩炒蟹，今天就帶了媽媽到最多泰菜選擇的九龍城吃晚飯。當然要點媽媽最喜歡的咖哩炒蟹，整碟蟹賣相都好吸引，材料還有很多洋蔥、乾蔥、香蔥，蟹肉也很飽滿，吃下每口都很厚肉，我們點了蒜蓉包沾咖哩汁來吃，蒜蓉包很香脆可口，沾上咖哩汁真一流！吃泰菜少不了冬陰功湯，我們也點了一份小的，但份量都很大，足夠每人喝3碗，材料還有大蝦，鮮菇，辣度我挺喜歡，不算太辣。炸蝦餅拼春卷，蝦餅外脆質地很彈牙，吃到春卷內有芋頭絲、紅蘿蔔、粉絲等豐富材料，整體味道不錯，服務貼心週到，蟹殼的碟滿了為我們主動更換，喝冬陰功中途放涼了，也幫我地換蠟燭加熱，Like facebook還送雪糕～下次會再來這裡吃生菜包及其他菜式😄
